- Work alongside the wider business to understand key trends and increase business acumen
- Participate in Client Relations, marketing, and partnership events as required
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury fashion
- Proven experience within a sales target driven environment, achieving personal sales goals
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with confidence to network and build genuine relationships with customers
- Strong commercial awareness in luxury fashion
- An eye for detail and good organisational skills is essential
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferrable
- Proficient in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must have the confidence to contribute ideas to the working processes at NET-A-PORTER / MR PORTER – even those outside your day-to-day remit

Job Description
- Lead Regional Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and local business goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Retail-Focused Strategy: Develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, enhance in-store experience, and support retail sales targets.
- CRM & Martech: Leverage CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to build personalised customer journeys, improve retention, and increase lifetime value.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimise strategies and maximise ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, merchandising, digital, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution across all channels.
- Brand Guardian: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, both online and offline.
- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on retail and campaign management.
- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing and related discipline
- Prior experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a love for numbers-you're confident using data to tell stories and drive decisions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing technology platforms.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a small team.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- A creative mindset with a strong sense of brand and customer experience

Job Description
- Develop menswear collections from trend research, concept creation, theme boards, sketches, tech packs, to sample follow-up
- Collaborate with the Design Manager to define seasonal design strategies and align with brand vision
- Create presentation materials for seasonal collections
- Work closely with sourcing, product development, and factories to ensure design integrity and quality
- Participate in fitting sessions, provide feedback, and refine prototypes
- Ensure designs meet cost, quality, and timeline targets while maintaining brand aesthetics
- Monitor Hong Kong and international retail trends to ensure commercial relevance
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in menswear design. Experience in Hong Kong retail (street/fashion) brands is highly preferred.
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.) – integrate prints, patterns, and branding into apparel.
- 3D/product design skills/experience are a strong plus for prototyping and visualization.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and commercially aware of fashion trends in HK & Asia.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer
- 5-day work week

We are now seeking a full-time Senior Fashion Designer - Sweater to join our team.
What You'll Do Is To.…
- Understand the customer needs and assist to design sweaters and develop seasonal trends collection. Assist to prepare presentation boards, design sketches, illustration and CADs.
- Collect information on seasonal trends, colors, raw materials and styling. Assist to create detailed specification and construction details.
- Provide support on the design and development services to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the quality and budget requirements.
- Provide support to the team on creative digital presentations of product incorporating imagery editing, gifs and videos for customers.
- Collaborate well with others including other designers, digital designers, merchandisers, suppliers and factory technicians.
- Have good product and yarn knowledge and familiarity of sweater development process
- Are strong in illustration skills and able to deliver creative and focused visual presentation
- Have demonstrated creative sense and ability
- Have good trend awareness and relevance to brand as well as excellent color sense
- Are proficient in AI, PSD and Adobe Illustrator, experience in Apex and CLO is an advantage
