• 2+ years relevant experience, preferably in eCommerce, specialty department store or luxury fashion brands; Multi-brand styling experience is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Able to multi-task and manage time accordingly, capable of working on ad-hoc projects whilst maintaining core role and responsibilities.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

What you'll do is to.…

• Develop design collections based on customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with quality standards and budget requirements.
• Prepare and present design materials, including trend boards, design sketches, illustrations, and CADs, for internal teams and client presentations.
• Conduct in-depth trend research and project creative directions to develop commercially viable collections, leading to detailed specifications for fittings and production.

• Higher Diploma or above in Knitwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

- Design a complete range of products with design team, including trend research, product development, collection design, 2D rendering, garment sampling, and print design.

- Collaborate with the Chief Designer and internal merchandising teams to understand style and collection requirements (e.g., production drawings, line sheets, tech packs, mood boards, marketing material if needed) and translate these into manufacturable designs.

- Actively track and follow up on samples and new design projects from ideation through pre-production.

- Research and analyse market trends and commercial needs.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques through ongoing research.

- Perform and support other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.

Required Experience and Qualification

- Graduate of an accredited institution in Digital Fashion or Fashion Design.

- Minimum of 3years of relevant experience; fresh graduates and those with less experience are consider as the Assistant Designer position.

- Experience in menswear or sportswear design is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of raw material sourcing, styling, print design, and graphic development in both 2D.

- Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with 3D virtual apparel is beneficial but not required and basic MS Office.
