Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical repairs for costume jewelry and leather goods according to company repair standards and requirements
• Verify authenticity of the product before repair
• Cooperate with After Sales Service teams to ensure smooth operation
• Open to discuss and communicate with the team to provide appropriate solution
• Prioritize repair work according to urgency & lead time

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years repair experience in leather goods
• Experience in repairing luxury products
• Good time management & planning skills
• Spoken and written in Chinese and English (Basic)
• Good interpersonal communication
• Able to perform quality repair efficiently

Your role:

• Carry out field installation / maintenance services at customer's premises
• Provide installation / maintenance for Voice, Data, Broadband, Green Mini Bus and Smart Parking Meter services at customer's premises
• Follow procedures as documented in the Quality Management System
• Ensure the service meets customer's requirement and / or Company standard
• Answer customer enquiries about general services / products provided by the Company
• Liaise with other internal working parties to solve any problems during service provision
• Pass customer's feedback and comments to field supervisor for corrective / preventive actions
• Assist the depot / workshop in carrying out service orders / reports or store activities when required
• Perform shift and standby duty
• Take up projects or assignments as required

To succeed in this role:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
• Knowledge in telecommunication services is preferred and possessing related training / qualification (e.g. Green Card, CCNA etc.) will be an advantage
• Customer-focused, independent with good problem-solving skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Technicial Officer

對電影物料進行初步狀況檢查,並進行基本及必要的修復,同時提取知識資訊

To conduct comprehensive technical inspection and document in details the condition of the film materials including but not limited to prints, picture negatives, optical soundtracks and subtitle negatives

To prepare, clean and repair the film materials prior on loan and relevant processes

To inspect the film materials after loan and cross-check its condition against the condition report

To assist in packing, unpacking, transportation and racking of film materials in the stores

To conduct preliminary condition checking and make basic and essential repair on the film materials including but not limited to used prints, picture negatives, optical soundtracks, subtitle negatives and retrieval of intellectual information

To assist in the logistic arrangements and implementation of location numbering, bar-coding, and stock-taking

To perform any other film handling duties assigned by the representatives

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver, install, and set up medical equipment at showroom and customer locations

Replace spare parts and perform minor repairs or maintenance tasks

Assist in product testing, calibration, and demonstration to clients

Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues

Keep the showroom equipment clean, safe, and operational

Maintain service records and coordinate with the service manager

Occasionally assist warehouse staff with equipment movement or packing

Certificate / diploma in mechanical, electrical, or biomedical engineering preferred
