Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, the incumbent is responsible for
teaching, coaching and training the VM leads of the license and the regional key
account partners to elevate the visual acuity and floorset execution for delivering
revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders across the licensee and
key account network, to understand commercial opportunities and promote
brand and sales-driving VM presentations that enhance the biggest business

- Partner with VM leads of license and key account partners on the creation and
implementation of all seasonal floorsets.
- Identify commercial opportunities; work with the local teams to make
adjustments to how showcase products visually based on the way the local

- Works with the VM leads of license and key account partners and regional buying
teams on the creation of seasonal laydowns.

- Establish a thorough knowledge of product assortment and key items. Partner
with business leads of the license and key account partners to identify key
business opportunities ensuring accurate location plans by store to increase
revenue and profitability.
- Support and partner on developing key store segmentation strategy to be utilized
with store levels.
- Partner with the VM and creative team of license and key account partners on
rollout and implementation of new evergreen marketing materials.
- Partner with license and key account partner's HQ team for all new store
openings in the region, including seasonal fixture plan mapping.
- Shop the competition and communicate current trends and competitor
strategies that are relevant to the portfolio of brands to the license and key
account partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners including Creative Services,
Store Design, Buying and Operations to ensure that all corresponding business
needs are addressed.
- Drive innovation and conceptualization of compelling VM techniques to
promote, enhance, and elevate seasonal product stories.
- Adapt seasonal styling for local aesthetics; work closely with Buying to ensure
that styling needs are taken into consideration as the range is curated.
- Adapt tools and training to fit the needs of license and key account partners;
identify and implement best practices.
- Own and provide training to license and key account partners on visual
standards, styling, and commercial mindset.
Requirements:
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual or related disciplines
- At least 7 years' relevant experience in retail industry
- Strong fashion sense and passion for fashion
- High degree of proficiency in Google and internet applications, and proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project
management (from conception to completion) and planning skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

ABOUT THE ROLE
As LOJEL's visual merchandising executive, you will be responsible for creating innovative store environments that embody the brand's identity and elevate the customer experience. Working across design, construction, and visual merchandising, you will bring LOJEL's unique aesthetic to life in physical retail spaces.
