**Job Description**
+ Interface regularly with Project manager & Director and project delivery teams.
+ Support project pursuit teams in bid preparation as required.
+ Handle project financial management for international and Hong Kong projects
+ Prepare management and financial reporting, business analysis, and budgetary control
+ Driving internal process efficiency and ensure financial policies, procedures and processes are properly adhered
+ Assist in deliver operational KPI and liaise with internal project managers and report to top management directly on a timely, accurate and efficient manner
+ Ensure that company policy and risk management procedures are understood and implemented.
+ Enforce ethic & compliance policy including 3rd Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process (SCCS) and Gift and Entertainment policy (GEAS) ·
+ Ad-hoc assignments as and when required
**Qualifications**
+ University Degree and Member of an internationally recognized accountancy body such as ACCA, HKICPA preferred
+ 2-4 years working experience, MNC environment or audit experience in Big 4 CPA firm with SOX experience preferred
+ Hand-on experiences in Oracle System and advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
+ Good team player with supervising skill, able to work in matrix organization
+ Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
+ Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Accountant

- Work in a Finance & Accounting team of 4 members in Hong Kong
- Review management reports for different business units and provide financial performance analysis
- Responsible for group financial reporting, including monthly, interim, and annual reports, as well as consolidation
- Prepare supporting materials for financial and internal audits
- Handle budgeting and forecasting, ensuring controls are in place
- Provide feedback on business strategies and assess financial risks
- Participate in developing and enhancing group finance and internal control policies
- Coordinate with accounting teams in Dongguan and Vietnam factories
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3+ years in manufacturing
- Experience in garment, toys, textiles, or bags manufacturing is a plus
- Exposure to SE Asian/Vietnam factories is a plus

THE COMPANY :

- We are looking for FINANCE GENERAL MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, with professional accounting qualifications
- 10+ years relevant accounting & finance experience, with solid manufacturing exposure
- Proficient in Chinese and English, including Putonghua
- Experience in garment/textiles/toys/handbag manufacturers is a plus
- An advantage if experience in both China and offshore factories
- Experience in Vietnam is a big plus
- Report to the Managing Director
- Fully manage all finance & accounting of HK headquarters, China factory & Vietnam factory
- Plan and carry out accounting activities for the Group so as to maintain timely and accurate reports to management, local tax offices, auditors and bankers.
- Plan and implement measures to safeguard company assets, in terms of cash, inventory, and fixed assets
- Manage the accounting teams in Hong Kong, China and SE Asia, and meet deadlines for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities and reports assigned by management and local government and bankers
- Deal with banks in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam for banking facilities.
- Develop and implement accounting systems and practices for the Group
- Coordinate the respective department heads and the accounting team in annual budget preparation
- Handle all matters relating to tax, including annual audit, tax office queries for all business locations
- Prepare and present monthly business performance report at management meeting to highlight issues for management decisions
- Recruit, develop and motivate accounting team members
- Monitor and improve the accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department’s activities and reports
- Work based in Hong Kong with frequent trips to Guangdong and Vietnam
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary guaranteed
