- Deliver professional Financial Planning to individual clients on Life, Medical Protection, Savings, Investments, Retirement, MPF and overall Risk Management. etc.
- Provide professional service to Corporate clients on MPF, Group Medical and Business Insurance
- Build an ongoing client relationship and develop an affluent client base
- Build your team, provide training, strategize and control your success
- Fast-track promotion program to Management Level
- Professional training program (Pre-job and on-job training for promotion to management level) excellent career path to management with the market leader
- First Year Income can potentially range HK$300,000 to HK$600,000 or above

Requirements :
- Degree holder preferred / Advanced Diploma

- Experience in Finance Not Mandatory

The Department
The Customer Strategy, Insights, and Innovation (CSII) Division is dedicated to cultivating customer-centric capabilities across the Club ecosystem and shaping customer strategies that drive business growth. Through a data-driven approach, the Division strives to achieve a 360-degree understanding and insights of owners, members and wagering customers, enabling the seamless design of end-to-end customer experiences across online and offline channels (Racecourses and Off-course Betting Branches). This is achieved by integrating Clubwide customer data onto a unified platform, creating a single view of our customers that empowers us to deliver personalised offers and unique experiences.
With around 80+ off-course betting branches and 2 racecourses, Retail and Telebet Services Department is committed to provide quality and efficient service to our customers throughout Hong Kong.
The Job
You will:
- Perform Retail budgeting, cost management and resources allocation planning
- Assist in financial planning and analysis matters in the department, including activities such as monthly variance analysis and periodic forecast of expenditures
- Conduct analysis on financial performance on productivity, opex, capex, to ensure budget is met, savings targets are achieved, and any shortfalls / adverse trends to be spotted promptly and alert to be provided on regular basis
- Collaborate with other teams to prepare the 5-year headcount, opex and capex budget for the department annually
- Control the expenditure within the department by ensuring the expenditures are within budget and a proper expenditure claim procedure is followed through in accordance to the Club’s Finance policy
- Assist in financial activities including expenditures recharge, reclass and accrual
- Assist to validate the budget submitted by budget holders and RPS Teams
- Assist the development of advanced visualization tools to track performance of Retail department by leveraging available internal and external data source
- Supports major projects/ renovations on financial calculation to support business case write up, ensures appropriate business assumptions be developed with the stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club’s business
- Undertakes other duties as assigned by Line Manager
You should have:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimal 3 years relevant working experience in business analytics related fields
- High independence, strong business acumen and high level of analytical ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written/ spoken English and Chinese
- Sensitive to consumer/retail market trend with ability to identify opportunities and implement changes for operation efficiency
- Familiar with Financial and Budgeting treatment is preferable
- Proven experience with Excel, SQL, and other database querying tools is a must
- Experience with Tableau dashboard development is preferable
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver month end closing, forecast, annual budget and Long range plan reporting package for SSC overhead expense by collaborating with various HMT function team.
- Prepare and analyze sales and product margin rolling forecast for OTB.
- Support merchandizing team brand sales and product margin forecast, budget, long range plan.
- Support and analyze marketing expense spending by quarter by spending type at HMT level.
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement / standardization opportunities with emphasis on efficient improvement with sufficient control.
- Review and make sure Regional allocation calculation is correct
- Guide and mentor the reporting hub in India and driving continuous excellence in system integrity and report quality
- Support to consolidate HMT financial results, prepare trend & variance analysis, communicate with multiple Business Partners to draw insight and provide recommendations
- Other ad-hoc work as required
- In the future, expected to rotate the role within regional FP&A team or into divisional FP&A roles
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Accounting or Finance Degree with 7-10+ years of related experience
- Previous retail or fashion industry experience is preferred
- Advanced knowledge in business partnering, reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Experience handling S&B budget, forecast is a plus
- Strong customer centricity, continuous improvement mindset
- Results oriented; flexible and demonstrate a resourceful attitude
- A self-starter and team player; ability to manage multiple activities of different natures in a condensed timeframe
- Fluent in English and Putonghua; excellent verbal and written communication skills, embraces culturally diverse interpersonal relationships
- Experience in reporting & analytical tools, knowledge in AX, Insight & Essbase is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver month end closing, forecast, annual budget and Long range plan reporting package for SSC overhead expense by collaborating with various HMT function team.
- Prepare and analyze sales and product margin rolling forecast for OTB.
- Support merchandizing team brand sales and product margin forecast, budget, long range plan.
- Support and analyze marketing expense spending by quarter by spending type at HMT level.
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement / standardization opportunities with emphasis on efficient improvement with sufficient control.
- Review and make sure Regional allocation calculation is correct
- Guide and mentor the reporting hub in India and driving continuous excellence in system integrity and report quality
- Support to consolidate HMT financial results, prepare trend & variance analysis, communicate with multiple Business Partners to draw insight and provide recommendations
- Other ad-hoc work as required
- In the future, expected to rotate the role within regional FP&A team or into divisional FP&A roles
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Accounting or Finance Degree with 7-10+ years of related experience
- Previous retail or fashion industry experience is preferred
- Advanced knowledge in business partnering, reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Experience handling S&B budget, forecast is a plus
- Strong customer centricity, continuous improvement mindset
- Results oriented; flexible and demonstrate a resourceful attitude
- A self-starter and team player; ability to manage multiple activities of different natures in a condensed timeframe
- Fluent in English and Putonghua; excellent verbal and written communication skills, embraces culturally diverse interpersonal relationships
- Experience in reporting & analytical tools, knowledge in AX, Insight & Essbase is a plus
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to support the financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, fluency in English (both written and spoken), and exceptional presentation abilities to communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. This role will drive budgeting, cost analysis, and decision support to optimize operational and financial performance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning, with a focus on manufacturing cost structures, production efficiency, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, including product costing, capital expenditure (CAPEX) analysis, and ROI evaluations.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs (e.g., gross margin, production yield, overhead absorption) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to provide data-driven insights and cost optimization strategies.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with actionable recommendations, including variance analysis against production budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and present high-quality board papers and presentations on financial performance.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling financial presentations to executives and stakeholders, translating manufacturing financials into strategic insights.
- Create executive dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support operational efficiency and profitability improvements.
- Present financial results and forecasts in a way that aligns with manufacturing KPIs and business objectives.
- Work closely with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Units to align financial plans with production goals and cost control initiatives.
- Drive digitization within the FP&A organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
- 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred (e.g., cost accounting, production finance, supply chain finance).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex modeling).
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) with experience in manufacturing modules.
- Knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for executive audiences.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
