1. Independently lead audits for small to medium-sized projects or collaborate on internal audits for the group, subsidiaries, or affiliates, including financial audits, performance audits, economic responsibility audits, asset audits, and operational audits, in line with the internal audit plan.

2. Review and evaluate the effectiveness and robustness of the group’s internal control systems and risk management processes.

3. Audit the deposit and usage of funds across the group’s business lines, subsidiaries, and asset management entities, ensuring authenticity and compliance.

4. Guide and oversee daily financial operations to ensure compliance, accuracy in financial accounting, and timely issuance of financial reports.

5. Independently prepare audit working papers and draft accurate, comprehensive audit or investigation reports, providing audit opinions and following up on management’s remediation plans.

6. Manage the archiving of internal audit processes and results.

**Job Requirements**:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, auditing, management, or related fields.

2. Over 3 years of experience in finance or auditing; prior internal audit experience in a financial group is preferred.

3. Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), domestic and international internal control and audit standards, and risk management knowledge; CPA certification is a plus.

4. Strong analytical, communication, and logical thinking skills, with proficiency in office software.

5. High ethical standards, strong confidentiality awareness, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset.

6. Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.

• A recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent
• Brings along 1 - 3 years of experience in handling a portfolio of listed clients
• A good understanding of pertinent business and risk management issues and familiarity with the relevant regulatory and reporting standards
• Good working knowledge of IFRS
• Experience in handling IPO engagements is greatly advantageous
• Excellent communications skills, strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen
