We are seeking an experienced Application Development Lead to oversee an offshore team that provides Tier 1 Application Support, Reporting Development, Regression Testing Automation, Workflow Automation, and PMO functions. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high-quality service delivery, and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and manage the offshore shared services team
- Define coding standards, development best practices, and ensure adherence through code reviews and technical governance
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance
- Oversee daily operations to ensure service levels are met, and tickets and requests are resolved promptly.
- Supervise the development and maintenance of business reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery.
- Lead regression testing automation to reduce manual testing cycles and improve software release quality.
- Guide the automation team to deliver workflows and portals that improve operational efficiency.
- Manage the PMO team to plan, execute, and monitor cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between offshore teams, onsite leadership, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop high-performing team members.
- Monitor team performance, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular operational insights and performance updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT or shared services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing offshore or distributed IT teams across multiple disciplines
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global team environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Go-to-Market (GTM)/Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. - 4+ years of experience in business development, sales analysis, or GTM roles, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Working knowledge of risk management techniques within financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g. Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
