We are seeking a Financial Manager to strengthen our financial operations in Hong Kong and overseas. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, establishing financial SOPs for international exhibition and retail operations, and ensuring strong internal control standards. Job Description

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Manage day-to-day financial accounting operations; lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with HKFRS and IFRS; ensure accurate reflection of fund management activities, portfolio valuations, and performance.

• Tax & Compliance Support: Assist the CFO in cross-border tax planning and filing activities, ensuring domestic and international tax compliance; support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance disclosures; maintain a sound financial governance environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or CFA are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant financial experience, including at least 3-5 years in financial reporting, fund accounting, or investment finance within an asset management firm, fund company, investment bank, or the Financial Services Office (FSO) of a Big Four accounting firm; experience with cross-border asset management or USD-denominated funds is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS, with expertise in fund accounting, fair value measurement, and carried interest calculation.
• Familiarity with financial and tax compliance requirements in Hong Kong and Mainland China; practical experience in cross-border financial operations.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English as a working language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to independently prepare English financial reports.
