**Principal responsibilities**

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as **Manager, Investment and Insurance Sales, Corporate Banking** .
**Principal responsibilities**
+ Identify business opportunities through direct customer contact and referral to maximize the sales and penetration of investment and insurance products to target customer segment
+ Provide high quality investment and insurance services to selected corporate customers to anchor the relationship base and build loyalty with our customers
+ Conduct marketing activities of investment and insurance business for commercial banking customers
+ Work closely with relationship managers to identify customer needs and promote investment and insurance services to suitable customers
+ Achieve assigned income target to contribute to both individual and team performance
+ Build and manage portfolio of investment and insurance customers, maintain good customer relationship and provide quality after-sales services
+ Develop and implement effective initiatives to deliver business results, build and enhance product portfolio
+ Support Team Head in sales management and maintain good relationship and provide quality after-sales service to customer
**Requirements**
+ University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with proven relevant working experience
+ Good knowledge of investment products and strong technical competency with good knowledge of the investment market and economic environment. Preferably a CFP or CFA.
+ Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations and passes all relevant papers of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
+ Strong self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
+ High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
+ Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
+ Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
+ Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as **ETF Sales Manager** to accelerate ETF distribution growth, with a particular focus on the Chinese client segment across partners, brokers, and institutional channels. This role will suit someone who combines strong client coverage capability with solid ETF product knowledge and the drive to deliver commercial outcomes.
**Principal responsibilities**
+ Drive client opportunity identification and execution: Partner closely with ETF sales colleagues to map the market landscape, identify priority client opportunities, and deliver client/business development plans across relevant investment strategies.
+ Grow and deepen client relationships: Strengthen relationships with existing clients, build new relationships with target prospects, and deliver against assigned sales targets.
+ Expand Chinese client franchise: Grow our ETF Chinese client base, with emphasis on distribution partners, brokers, and institutional investors.
+ Track market and competitor developments: Stay close to competitor activity and market developments, anticipate change, and respond proactively-bringing forward product positioning and marketing ideas aligned to client needs and market dynamics.
+ Operate within regulatory and compliance standards: Ensure all activities meet required compliance and governance standards.
**Requirements**
+ Education: University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant qualifications) or above.
+ Experience: Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in ETF sales, asset management, or fund sales roles, with a demonstrable track record in business development. Existing network and experience with Chinese investors is a strong advantage.
+ Client insight: Strong understanding of Chinese investor needs and demand drivers.
+ Technical and communication skills: Strong technical knowledge of financial markets/products, with excellent presentation capability.
+ Delivery under pressure: Able to work to tight deadlines and in a results-driven environment.
+ Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage.

**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to clients and prospects that may be in the United States (US) or global. Key responsibilities include actively managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams along with increasing product penetration across an assigned portfolio and partnering closely with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities.
