Position Overview
- Reporting to Head of FP&A and Business Strategy & Analytics, Global Sourcing, this candidate will work closely with region to prepare, consolidate, and independently review for the delivery of budget and forecasts. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution in managing financial processes, identifying business opportunities, and optimizing costs within the region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- To be the Region's key finance partner who strategizes business structure, simulates commercial outcomes, identifies critical success factors and development blockers.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Partner with regional leadership team to monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead the submission process for financial information, coordinating month-end closing activities and ensuring alignment with actual results.
- Prepare monthly management reports with in-depth analysis of key financial KPIs, highlighting key financial trends and business drivers.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment opportunities and cost saving initiatives.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or any business-related discipline
- MBA is a plus
- Professional qualification, such as Qualified Accountant is a strong plus
- Minimum 5-8 years of combined Accounting & Financial Planning experience in Multinational Corporations
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and strong team player
- Proactive, flexible and can-do attitude
- Effective communication skills and excellence interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Good knowledge of the Hyperion system and BI tools will be a plus

An Analyst/ Associate in our team will:
Be a fresh graduate with 1-2 years (Analyst) or experienced professional looking to become involved in a “hands-on” team. We promote a start-up like attitude across all levels, where you can expect to work closely with our Directors across lean-structured teams. A candidate will likely excel in our team if they exhibit tangible interest in/ have experience working with Financial Services
organizations including strategy engagements, transactions and deals,
operations, change and transformation programs, or digital-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapid development of high-level analysis/ market POV through industry research for internal thought leadership and consulting projects.
- Define and articulate business use-cases and opportunities of specific solutions
- Proactively engage with industry trends including competitive dynamics and disruptors (e.g., FinTech, Digital, AI) to ensure relevance and depth of analysis
- Actively promote and identify opportunities to integrate technology-led solutions to addressing client challenges/ realizing market opportunities
- Regularly prioritize and re-prioritize different engagements and projects such that it contributes to the overall ambitions of the team
- Associates should actively look to offer a Point of View to different engagements, and eventually specialize in solutions around our three broad offerings of (1) Growth; (2) Transformation; (3) M&A and Post Deal
- Associates should also seek to take on project management responsibilities including direct client interactions and inclusion of Analysts through mentorship and coaching
- Fresh graduate from a prestigious university institution with a Master/ Bachelor degree or above in accounting, data science, economics, finance, financial engineering, information technology, management, or related disciplines (Analyst).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Financial Services working on one or more of the following solution offerings:
- Growth Strategy including revenue and pricing optimization, market entry analysis (specific Mainland China experience will be advantageous), and/or new business models.
- Distribution channel optimization including partnerships and target operating model.
- Mergers and Acquisitions (E2E process) – e.g., Deal Strategy, Portfolio Review, Due-Diligence (including Operational or Tech), Synergy Assessment, and Post-merger Integration.
- Transformation exercises around cost, tech & ops modernization, and AI enabled operations.
- Understanding financial statements will be critical to your work across all our engagements.
- Proven core consulting skills including story lining, slide design, data analytics and visualization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English) is a must, whether in articulating complex concepts to clients, to networking and building relationships with the internal team.
- Associates should be able to build the solid foundations of a business case, including forming strategic rationale for client’s business agenda revamp or shift.
- Team player who can excel in a fast-paced environment which rewards proactiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset.

**Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:**
This role will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the APAC region, working closely with cross-functional teams and country finance leads.
Regional Financial Planning Analysis / Budget / Forecasting
+ Support and drive the monthly estimate process and consolidation of APAC reporting deliverables. Act as a key partner to standardize reporting across the markets, enhance consistency, and reporting efficiency throughout the APAC region.
+ Work closely with APAC markets to ensure timely financial reporting of PVH APAC to Senior management/ Regional finance team.
+ Analyze regional financial performance, identifying trends, variance, and key drivers of financial results
+ Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, strategy plan, and monthly rolling forecasts.
+ Help coordinate and upload forecast submissions for specific business units, such as the Brand Management Office, ensuring alignment with regional timelines and assumptions.

Process Optimization and System Implementation
+ Streamline and automate financial processes using technology while enhancing reporting quality through system checks and best practices

Data Management and Analytics

**Qualifications & Experience**
Experience:

Education:

To cope with our development, we are looking for individuals who share the same values as us to take up the position of Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Analysis.
Responsibilities- Prepare interim and annual consolidated financial statements including notes and schedules for disclosure.
- Prepare HK and overseas statutory accounts and related disclosure.
- Assist in month-end closing and audit schedules.
- Perform accounting standard research and technical study on impacts.
- Perform HK tax computation and review current tax reporting.
- Perform and review deferred tax computation.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of working experience across multinational environment; 2-3 years in listed company preferred.
- Good understanding of IFRS; experience in audit, statutory and tax compliance a plus.
- Knowledge of current and deferred taxation is a MUST.
- Experience in handling HK tax computation and tax filing is a plus.
- Agile, proactive and able to work independently and meet tight timeline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot table and Vlookup) and PowerPoint; experience in using Oracle and Tableau desired.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
