We are looking for a Floor Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong .

Responsibilities include:
  1. Maintaining cleanliness standards in guest rooms and surrounding areas according to hotel policies and standards.
  2. Communicating with Room Attendants regarding guest requests.
  3. Providing chemical safety training for Room Attendants.
  4. Managing guest supply control.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 3 years of Housekeeping experience, preferably in an international hotel of similar capacity.
  2. Motivated, quality-driven, and results-oriented.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent spoken English and Cantonese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.

  • Ensures all public and back of the house areas are regularly sprayed by outside pest control contractor
  • Inspects all room blocked for VIP arrivals
  • Maintains records and storage of all lost and found items
  • Provide ad hoc support for Housekeeping Supervisors
Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
