Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, banquet services, mobile outlets, staff canteen, and kitchen
- Provide excellent customer services and achieve business objectives while managing costs within budget
- Enhance operational efficiency, maintain optimal staffing and stable financial footing
- Analyze culinary trends to generate new concepts and ideas for menu development
- Collaborate with marketing and event services team to develop seasonal menus and promotions to drive sales
- Uphold hygiene, safety and compliance standards across all areas of F&B operations
- Establish procedures for evaluating and enhancing food quality
- Ensure efficient inventory management to prevent spoilage and reduce waste
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma holder in Hotel/Food and Beverage Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in F&B operations. At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of culinary trends
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities to foster teamwork and staff development.
- Proactive and sociable with result-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
