Position Overview

• Reporting to Head of FP&A and Business Strategy & Analytics, Global Sourcing, this candidate will work closely with region to prepare, consolidate, and independently review for the delivery of budget and forecasts. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution in managing financial processes, identifying business opportunities, and optimizing costs within the region.
  

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• To be the Region's key finance partner who strategizes business structure, simulates commercial outcomes, identifies critical success factors and development blockers.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Partner with regional leadership team to monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead the submission process for financial information, coordinating month-end closing activities and ensuring alignment with actual results.
• Prepare monthly management reports with in-depth analysis of key financial KPIs, highlighting key financial trends and business drivers.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment opportunities and cost saving initiatives.
  

Requirements
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or any business-related discipline
• MBA is a plus
• Professional qualification, such as Qualified Accountant is a strong plus
• Minimum 5-8 years of combined Accounting & Financial Planning experience in Multinational Corporations
• Excellent organizational skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and strong team player
• Proactive, flexible and can-do attitude
• Effective communication skills and excellence interpersonal skills
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Good knowledge of the Hyperion system and BI tools will be a plus

• Prepare interim and annual consolidated financial statements including notes and schedules for disclosure.
• Prepare HK and overseas statutory accounts and related disclosure.

• Perform accounting standard research and technical study on impacts.
• Perform HK tax computation and review current tax reporting.
• Perform and review deferred tax computation.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications / You might be a good fit if you have

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience across multinational environment; 2-3 years in listed company preferred.
• Good understanding of IFRS; experience in audit, statutory and tax compliance a plus.
• Knowledge of current and deferred taxation is a MUST.
• Experience in handling HK tax computation and tax filing is a plus.
• Agile, proactive and able to work independently and meet tight timeline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot table and Vlookup) and PowerPoint; experience in using Oracle and Tableau desired.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

**Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:**
This role will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the APAC region, working closely with cross-functional teams and country finance leads.
Regional Financial Planning Analysis / Budget / Forecasting
+ Support and drive the monthly estimate process and consolidation of APAC reporting deliverables. Act as a key partner to standardize reporting across the markets, enhance consistency, and reporting efficiency throughout the APAC region.
+ Work closely with APAC markets to ensure timely financial reporting of PVH APAC to Senior management/ Regional finance team.
+ Analyze regional financial performance, identifying trends, variance, and key drivers of financial results
+ Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, strategy plan, and monthly rolling forecasts.
+ Help coordinate and upload forecast submissions for specific business units, such as the Brand Management Office, ensuring alignment with regional timelines and assumptions.
+ Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior management to identify business opportunities and track performance against targets.
Process Optimization and System Implementation
+ Streamline and automate financial processes using technology while enhancing reporting quality through system checks and best practices
+ Develop standard operating procedures and user guides to document financial processes and promote consistency.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data with operational and customer data, enabling more comprehensive business insights.
Data Management and Analytics
+ Utilize analytic tools/data platform to design/ maintain financial data model to enable flexible reporting and analysis (e.g., Power BI, Power Query).
+ Collaborate with the data analytics team to integrate financial data with other business datasets for more comprehensive analysis.
+ Provide training and guidance to business users on data-driven decision-making and financial analysis.
**Qualifications & Experience**
Experience:
+ Developing level of knowledge & skills - typically 3-5 Years of related experience
Education:
+ Bachelor's Degree Required in a related field
+ CPA or equivalent is definitely an asset, but not a prerequisite
Knowledge/Skills Required:
+ Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of business operations and financial impact; able to analyze performance drivers, assess risks, and propose practical alternatives.
+ Effective project and time management skills; capable of coordinating timelines across multiple countries and business units to meet reporting deadlines.
+ Proficient in financial systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Query; able to structure data and generate management reports while understanding system integration across retail, merchandise, and warehouse platforms.
+ Proactive, detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
+ Fluent in English, and preferably good Mandarin and Cantonese language skills; multicultural; comfortable working with people at all levels in all Asia Pacific cultures.

Senior Data Engineer, Anti Financial Crime (Business Analysis Manager)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Explore the data landscape: profile on-chain, off-chain, fiat and KYC datasets to understand structures, gaps and lineage. Document findings for downstream engineering teams.
• Prototype features for ML & rules: translate typologies and investigator hypotheses into measurable candidate variables (e.g., velocity, counterparty risk scores, graph metrics) using SQL/Python and big data.
• Validate data quality & drift: run one-off QC checks, anomaly detection and basic stratified sampling to confirm a feature’s stability before production hand-off.
• Collaborate with modelers & investigators: iterate quickly on feature definitions, and refine logic based on model performance and investigative feedback.
• Maintain a living feature catalogue: version each prototype, capture business meaning, lineage and sample metrics so production data engineers can industrialize it.
• Support regulatory look-backs & ad-hoc research: replay historical data, craft quick queries and surface insights that help Compliance and Compliance Product teams respond to audits or enforcement actions.
• Stay current: monitor emerging AML data-science techniques (graph ML, LLM embeddings, anomaly detection) and assess their applicability to crypto and fiat monitoring.

What We Look For In You

• 4+ years in data engineering / analytics with hands-on feature-engineering and exploratory data analysis; AML or broader compliance experience is a plus.
• Expertise in SQL and Python (Pandas, PySpark, or similar) within notebook workflows, plus hands-on experience with big data stacks such as Spark/Hadoop, Databricks and Alibaba DataWorks.
• Solid grounding in machine-learning fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised, evaluation metrics) and how features impact model performance.
• Experience translating AML / regulatory concepts into quantitative features—e.g., structuring, layering, sanctions exposure.
• Strong exploratory mindset: you’re comfortable with messy, ambiguous data and love turning it into structured insight.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate with downstream data engineers and data scientists and explain feature logic to investigators and auditors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-directed, curious, and hungry to experiment with new data sources — blockchain analytics, vendor feeds, public datasets.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, VASP regulations, and typical AML data flows (KYT, KYC, TM, case management).
