About Hong Kong Heritage Conservation Foundation Limited ( The Hong Kong Heritage Conservation Foundation is a non-profit organisation set up by the Ng Teng Fong family in March 2008. Can you foster relationships and use people’s stories to drive a truly incredible customer service experience? If so, we now have an opportunity for you to join Novotel Citygate Hong Kong.

The 440-room Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is located in Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It is a few minutes' drive from Hong Kong International Airport, close to Hong Kong Disneyland, AsiaWorld-Expo, and Ngong Ping 360. Connected to the hotel is Citygate Outlet Mall, a shopping and entertainment complex, and it is only a few minutes' walk to Tung Chung MTR Station.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the reception counter efficiently.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of Opera System is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
