Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Hong Kong. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, managing receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, and performing various clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining records, and ensuring the front desk is presentable and equipped with necessary supplies. The role requires effective communication to interact with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.

• Perform duty at reception
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Act efficiently and accurately for complaints, ensuring issues are appropriately escalated and promptly resolved.
• Work with SevenRooms reservation system is used effectively and maintained.

• Assist in restaurant operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Fluent English, Mandarin and / or Cantonese speaking is required
