This is not a traditional IT support role. My client is a high calibre and collaborative group of researchers, technologists, and traders. They operate at the intersection of large-scale data and scientific innovation to navigate complex global markets. You will be embedded in the engine room that powers this trading operation.

Your Mission:

You will join a specialized team responsible for the stability and performance of the firm's core research and trading data infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to ensure the integrity, availability, and timely delivery of critical data sets that feed directly into live trading strategies and research initiatives. This involves proactive monitoring, rapid issue investigation, and close collaboration with quantitative researchers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline support for a complex ecosystem of data extraction, pipelines, and operational processes.
