The Oracle Functional Consultant(project based) is responsible for providing comprehensive functional support and expertise in Oracle Portfolio project management or Oracle Finance/Procurement modules. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure and customize Oracle solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of the software. The consultant will also be responsible for ongoing support, training, and optimization of the Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

o Conduct detailed meetings with clients to gather and document business requirements.

o Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle solutions.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration with existing systems.

• System Configuration and Customization:

o Configure and customize Oracle Portfolio project management or Oracle Finance/Procurement modules to meet client-specific needs.

o Implement best practices and industry standards to ensure optimal system performance and usability.

o Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and customizations.

• Implementation and Deployment:

o Lead the implementation process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Oracle solutions.

o Provide training and support to end-users, including the development of user manuals and training materials.

o Work closely with project managers to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Portfolio project management or Oracle Finance/Procurement modules.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud applications is a plus.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Portfolio project management or Oracle Finance/Procurement modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Business Process Optimization

  • Strategic objective alignment and project impact measurement

  • Medium / Long term Manufacturing strategy development for coherent improvement and yearly capex deployment
  • Fit for purpose continuous improvement program based on company operation peculiarities
  • Global capability synergy and best practice sharing blueprint

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, supply chain or project management
  • Extensive experience in charge of project management and to execute project within agreed time frame and cost budgets and to ensure that targeted results are achieved to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Lean, 6 Sigma, Total Productivity Management (TPM) or Continuous Process Improvement is a major plus
  • Knowledge of process simplification and automation is a plus
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking or Rapid Prototyping is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to negotiate with the stakeholders as well convey the objectives with all the team members. The incumbent is the key link between the organization and the people involved in the projects. Openness and directness in the communication style of the project manager will establish transparency which is critical in eliminating ambiguity in the minds of the people involved
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, analytical skills, critical thinking, influence skill
  • Demonstrate a strong drive for results. A can-do attitude
  • Fact and data-driven
  • Demonstrate good discipline in holding project reviews, timeline, and budget
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese a plus

Reporting to the Chief Manager (Process & Inventory Control), the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:

  • To perform operational process reviews, conduct audit checks, propose and maintain good warehouse management practices as well as knowledge management infrastructures
  • To assist in warehouse automation or improvement projects, e.g. RFID, LoRaWan applications, etc. and prepare training materials related to warehouse systems or procedures
  • To assist in the implementation and upgrade of SAP modules including Warehouse Management Module and Material Management Module
  • To support the operations of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), Automated Guided Forklift (AGF) and Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Operation Management, Supply Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 4 years’ work experience in process mapping and optimisation, business analysis, management of Warehouse Systems or warehouse automation facilities
  • Familiar with the international management standards e.g. ISO9001, 5S, and local safety and environment ordinances and regulations related to warehouse and the logistics industry
  • Knowledge of SAP Warehouse / Material Management Module, SAP Supplier Portal, RFID, Automated Guided Vehicle / Forklift and LoRaWan Applications an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Candidate with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Officer (System & Process Improvement).

Working Location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided.

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to offices (China & Overseas) as required to support project activities and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Finance and Risk Management Department as a Senior Manager - Business Analysis. Key responsibilities include:

  • To develop, run and review financial / commercial spreadsheet models independently to evaluate opportunities for new business lines or related initiatives; to manage analyst pool and review their models.
  • To work closely with Project / Business-line teams on commercial proposal development; manage financial analysis and commercial proposal review; if need be, to support the business development team on certain key project development activities.
  • To interact with other teams within CLP Group to support the review, governance and execution of these projects and initiatives; and manage IC functional review process and cross-functional review within CLP Group.
  • To assist in project structuring, including key commercial agreements and governance structure.
  • Provide quantitative and analytical support including preparation of business plans for the company.
  • Provide financial review of commercial terms for any project, contracting bids and investment projects and assist with the documentation as required.
  • Support preparation of proposals and presentations for internal management and Board approvals.
  • To train, guide and manage the senior associate / analysts and help with their development.

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree in Business, Finance or related discipline (postgraduate degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in financial and business analysis within a team covering Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Consulting related to utilities, infrastructure or contracting businesses with preferably some experience in energy related new technologies.
  • Good understanding of the energy industry, renewables or infrastructure projects; any tendering experience with infrastructure projects or contracting will be relevant
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and work independently
  • Sense of priorization when dealing with multiple assignments
  • Lateral thinking with a flair for problem solving, strong commercial acumen and strategic sense
  • Strong business modelling, including model reviews, and analytical skills, detail focused
  • Adaptability and team communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and develop solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex projects and programs.
