InspiringHK Sports Foundation is seeking a talented individual as our Fundraising & Partnership Manager . Our Manager will be based in Hong Kong reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive.

Job Responsibilities And Duties

  • Work closely with the fundraising committee and the other members of the fundraising team to develop the fundraising strategy towards all donor segments to ensure sustainable growth and development;
  • Design the digital donation journey to motivate and raise individual donors/fundraisers;
  • Organise major fundraising events such as corporate sports day, sports-related celebrity fundraising events and festive donation campaigns;
  • Manage and develop relationships with over 70 existing foundations and corporation grant-makers/donors, provide timely responses and regular updates;
  • Identify new partnerships that could financially support the execution of new collaborative sports programmes;
  • Work closely with the communications team to communicate programme output and outcomes to partners, potential donors and the general public;
  • To write fundraising proposals for funding applications, including funding applications for government and private foundation’s funding;
  • Work closely with the CE and the finance team to monitor the overall financial status of the charity;
  • To support programme staff in writing partnership reports to communicate funding impact to partners;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A Degree holder, preferably majoring in business/language/communications, with at least 5-7 years'
  • experience in relationship management/ grant-making/charity fundraising (candidates with less
  • years of relevant experience would be considered for the assistant manager role);
  • Experience in organising large-scale fundraising events/corporate events preferred;
  • Strong finance acumen, evidence-based, data-driven;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese required;
  • Demonstrate a strong passion and relevant skills/experience in taking leadership roles;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and sophisticated in communications and negotiations;
  • A strong team player capable of working with different personalities from different functional backgrounds;
  • Strong ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently whilst balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines;
  • Genuine interest in sports and charity development in Hong Kong;
  • Knowledge of and passion for the InspiringHK Sports Foundation and charitable sector preferred.

Position Overview

You will work closely with our founders and the broader growth team to ensure that our business development strategy is not only cohesive but aligned with our vision of becoming the default transaction layer of Ethereum .

But your role is not simply about securing partnerships: it's about deeply understanding the evolving L2 ecosystem, identifying opportunities across payments , stablecoins , and financial infrastructure , and building long-term relationships that amplify Scroll's reach and adoption.

In practice, you'll be asked to engage with leading projects, institutions, and developers to:

  • Onboard the next billion users onto decentralized networks by supporting partners in launching high-impact products on Scroll
  • Enable the adoption of stablecoin- and payment-based use cases by working closely with issuers, wallets, and financial applications
  • Drive integration opportunities with infrastructure providers, aggregators, and key DeFi protocols
  • Foster a community of innovative builders who experiment with emerging financial use cases and choose Scroll as their home
  • Provide structured feedback from partners to help shape product development and roadmap direction
  • Collaborate closely with the growth, product, and ecosystem teams to ensure seamless partner support and execution

Your ability to lead, communicate, and execute will have a direct and measurable impact on the growth of the Scroll ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, structure, and execute strategic partnerships across payments, stablecoins, wallets, fintech, and web3 infrastructure
  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams to deliver successful partner integrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem partners, including developers, wallets, on/off-ramps, and institutional players
  • Represent Scroll in conversations with major partners and lead negotiations from first outreach through signed agreement
  • Maintain an active view of market trends in L2s, crypto payments, and financial infrastructure to inform strategy
  • Coordinate co-marketing and go-to-market plans for key partner launches
  • Track partnership metrics and KPIs, report progress, and propose optimizations
  • Serve as an external evangelist for Scroll at conferences, events, and online forums

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles in crypto, fintech, or payments
  • Strong understanding of Ethereum, L2s, and blockchain infrastructure; ideally with direct experience working in an L2 ecosystem
  • Proven track record of managing complex partner relationships end-to-end
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, cross-border payments, and related protocols or infrastructure providers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter attitude with excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Passion for the Ethereum ecosystem and commitment to decentralized technologies
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments is a plus

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Hong Kong-based Greater China team, supporting our financial intermediary (FIT) sales efforts with a primarily focus on the retail wealth segment. This role reports to the Head of Financial Intermediary Hong Kong. We are committed to providing the support needed for a fulfilling, rewarding career.

Ideal candidates will have experience in the FIT business and a proven track record of sales success with integrated banks, retail banks and insurance channels. This externally focused role is well-supported internally, allowing you to concentrate on winning new business and growing long-term client relationships.

Collaboration is a key part of Capital Group’s success and culture. You will work closely with Singapore-based FIT sales teams, as well as highly collaborative and non-territorial sales teams across the US, Europe, and Asia to support global FIT clients.

The role is based in our Hong Kong office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Drive growth and deliver performance target by leading and managing shared or individual accounts. Develop and execute sales strategies, account plans, and sales programs. Proactively generate prospecting meetings and cultivate meaningful new client relationships to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Accurately and effectively communicate Capital Group’s investment services, investment approach with clients. Develop a broad understanding of clients’ research, portfolio management and sales process. Build multi-faceted and multi-level client relationships, focusing on scale opportunities and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Partnership: Identify and nurture value-added, beyond-product partnerships with key clients to foster enduring relationships.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with business development associates and internal teams to deliver high-impact content and sales programs. Coordinate with client servicing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account support.
  • Internal Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams across Asia and Europe, incl. marketing, product development, asset class services, client relations, and legal & compliance, to support sales efforts and enhance client offerings. Share market and client insights to inform firm-wide strategies.
  • Market Insights & Analysis: Stay informed on industry and regulatory developments. Conduct research and analysis to uncover growth opportunities and refine competitive positioning.
  • Future-proof: Identify innovation, simplification, and continuous capability development to future-proof the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. CFA designation a plus.
  • Some travel required within the sales territory.































In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

WildChina Education is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Beijing office! We are looking for someone passionate about hands-on learning, sustainability, and educational travel, who enjoys collaborating with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build, maintain, and expand our overseas client base by researching potential leads and facilitating communication and follow-ups
  2. Assist in marketing, managing, executing, and enhancing our virtual programs portfolio under the direction of senior team members
  3. Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to refresh our product offerings and improve our programs and destinations
  4. Research and identify new business development opportunities and areas for growth
  5. Conduct cold outreach via email and phone to potential leads
  6. Drive networking, branding, and public relations initiatives for the company
  7. Collaborate with the team to support overall strategy and management efforts
  8. Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with colleagues to deliver exceptional logistical operations and educational value that meet or exceed expectations
Qualifications:
  1. Fluent Chinese speaker with excellent English communication skills required
  2. Based in Beijing
  3. Experience in international education, travel, or related fields

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Leads learning & development related activities for global initiatives including needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs. Manages multiple projects while interacting with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal business partners, subject matter experts, program owners, project teams and business leaders to conduct formal learning needs assessments and identify performance gaps
  • Design and develop learning solutions to meet designated objectives and needs at a local and global level
  • Act as project manager for multiple complex projects and ensure proper communication, prioritization, and execution
  • Support local learning activities and designated business partners in developing and deploying training programs
  • Implement organizational development programs, processes, and training initiatives to proactively address organizational development and business needs, through a variety of delivery means (e.g., live, e-learning, self-paced, etc.) as appropriate for the target audience
  • Continuously evaluate training progress & effectiveness, adjust programs based on the objectives and evaluation feedback, share best practices with other team members. Provide advice and apply diverse approaches to help participants learn and upskill/reskill effectively
  • Implement learning and development policies and procedures, audit, reporting, yearly training plans & learning activities
  • Manage team of direct reports including activities focused on LMS administration and learning development by providing direction, support and ensuring successful delivery of stated objectives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in training, education, human resources, business, or related field.
  • Training & Development certification preferred.

Work Experience

7+ years of total working experience or equivalent. 3+ of those years focused on the planning, design, development and implementation learning and development initiatives in a corporate setting. Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills shown by a demonstrated ability to collaborate, build strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders and employees at all levels
  • Thorough understanding of learning and development processes and knowledge on adult learning techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in a multicultural, multinational environment
  • Hands-on experience in training program design and delivery
  • Knowledge of LMS administration (Saba preferred), eLearning course development and standards (e.g. SCORM). Knowledge and skills in video production, multimedia tools and virtual training applications would be an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and leadership, taking a lead role where required and supporting where appropriate
  • An in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing, engineering and/or automotive industry is required
  • Excellent service mindset, independent, self-motivated, organized, detailed-minded and willing to work under pressure
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports

Language

  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin Chinese
