Our client is seeking a proactive, customer-focused representative to support Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong. In this role, you will act as the customer’s advocate, providing 24/7 technical and operational support, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring smooth fleet operations.

• Build strong relationships and represent the customer within Rolls-Royce
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support during disruptions
• Monitor engine performance and support fleet planning/forecasting
• Identify risks and drive service improvements

• Knowledge of civil aviation, products, and service contracts
• Experience in customer-facing roles; degree or Aircraft Maintenance License preferred
• Technical expertise in gas turbines, airline operations, and regulations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills (Power BI/VBA/DAX a plus)
• Culturally aware; Cantonese an advantage; valid work permit required

The Role:

• Plan and process the gas system design and sales activities for residential projects or developments
• Promote Towngas products and applications to Owners of Corporation, Developers, Architects and Consultancy clients
• Establish and maintain close relationship with business partners and clients
• Tender preparation and contract administration
• Prepare market trend report for management

The Person:

• Degree in Engineering discipline, Mechanical or Building Services is preferred
• At least 6 years' relevant working experience in Engineering discipline
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; Good AutoCAD drafting skill is preferred
• With strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication    skill, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Solid experience in E&M consultancy companies and residential project management would be an advantage
• Candidate with more relevant E&M & sales engineering experience will be considered as Senior Engineer

Job Requirement

具備至少1年或以上在加工廠、發電廠、污水處理廠或垃圾掩埋氣管理設施運作方面的相關工作經驗者優先

1. Holder of valid driving license of vehicle classes 1 and 2 preferred

持有有效車輛駕駛執照(1, 2)者優先

1. Registered as a Grade A electrical worker (Grade B preferred); or Holder of Certificate to Operate Water-Tube Boilers

The position will be responsible for:

• Sampling of client sites in accordance with client requirements, including on-site field analyses where applicable;
• Conducting equipment set up in outdoor area or at height;
• Assisting with mobilization to and from site;
• Ensuring all sampling equipment are calibrated, kept correctly maintained as well as clean and tidy;
• Assisting with transfer of samples and data from field operations to base operations;
• Preparing sampling solution and related documents in laboratory before sampling event;
• Be prepared to work out of normal working hours and outside Hong Kong as required.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Chinese & English;
• Excellent quality service approach and attitude;

Required Qualifications:

• A tertiary science qualification, preferably Chemistry or in other Science subjects (e.g. Higher Diploma or Degree)
• 0-1 years previous laboratory experience (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Field work and sampling experience preferable but not required
• Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card), Working at Height Safety, Confined Spaces Training Certificate, or other training/certificate is an advantage;
