Responsibilities:
• Provide general operational support including data entry, filing, mailing, and photocopying;
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and courier service deliveries;
• Answer and direct telephone calls, take messages, and sort and distribute mail;
• Procurement of stationery, office supplies and maintenance of office equipment;
• Managing staff attendance, leave records and report;
• Maintaining the office area organized and clean;
• Perform outdoor work (deliver and collect samples, bank deposit etc.);
Requirements:
