We are seeking high-caliber IT talents to join us providing quality Support Services to the TV Broadcasting industry. The successful candidate will ensure optimal daily operational support, lead technology upgrades, and manage a small IT team to drive efficiency and compliance across all systems and processes.

Your Role

• Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems
• Manage key vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, and strategic alignment to ensure optimal service delivery and value.
• Supervise and provide guidance & training to the team

To Succeed in this Role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in System/Network Support and Project Management.
• 1+ year of IT management / leadership role. Experience in media industry would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in implementation and support in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable - Firewall, Application Security, Virtual Networking, SD-WAN, Remote Access VPN - HCI, Virtualization, Linux - PAM, SIEM, EDR, Patch Management
• Certificate holder of MCSE, CCNP, VCP, ITIL, PMP would be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
• Flexible in problem solving and be able to work with all levels of staff & members
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

We are looking for an energetic and innovative technical professional to join our Infrastructure Branch. Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out site installation, testing & commissioning works for HV / LV electrical installations, ELV installations and general building services installations for Communication and ELV projects
• Prepare and update test & maintenance records and other related documents in a timely manner
• Collect fault statistics and relevant supporting data for analysis
• Lead and supervise frontline workers and contractors to carry out installation, testing & commissioning works
• Ensure that safety standards and good housekeeping practices are always maintained
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Shift duty (night work / work in Public Holiday) is required
  
  

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Electronics or relevant engineering disciplines plus 3 years’ relevant experience OR Ordinary Diploma / Ordinary Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Electronics or relevant engineering discipline plus 4 years’ relevant working experience
• Able to read engineering drawings, work independently and communicate technical concepts to other parties
• Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
• Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card and Construction Workers Registration Card
• Solid experience in tunnel and highway construction works will be an added advantage
• Possession of a valid driving license (1 or 2) or REW license is preferable
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position

• Perform business analysis and supervise the entire system development lifecycle
• Lead the process of application architecture design and development with internal teams and external IT vendors
• Develop and execute application test plans and cases for unit tests and system integration tests
• Arrange and coordinate user acceptance testing with end-users
• Review and maintain application controls and measures in conformity with IT system security policy and standards
• Carry out post-implementation and ongoing support, including documentation, emergency support and enhancement plan / roadmap

Requirements

• University degree in computer science or related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant IT experience, particularly in the role of IT application system design and development
• Solid and hands-on experience in OutSystems low-code application development
• Exposure to the projects of DevOps implementation, Open API and Amazon Web Services technologies an advantage
• Self-initiative, creative and innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and keep in pace with the latest and emerging technologies
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Conditions of service

• Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms
