職責
- 協助註冊護士執行臨床檢查及治療的記錄工作
- 執行基本健康檢查及記錄, 會員之清潔護理, 協助有需要的會員沐浴更衣
- 協助中心所有的活動
- 執行中心內之雜務工作
- 需輪班跟車接送會員工作
- 接受由上司所指派的其他職務
資歷
- 中五或以上程度
- 持有健康服務助理或保健員證書
- 需輪班工作
- 具醫院工作或相關長者及日間中心的工作經驗者可優先考慮

Join our client's Community Impact team to lead a high-priority initiative focused on improving public health and social services. You'll oversee end-to-end project execution, partner with NGOs/government bodies, and drive strategic grant-making programs. Ideal candidates bring 4-8+ years' experience, strong leadership in social services, and expertise in stakeholder management.
The Job
As part of our client's Community Impact team, you will:
- Provide managerial support for a flagship community initiative, ensuring effective execution, governance, and controls, including report preparation and record maintenance for leadership review.
- Develop project plans (tasks, deliverables, timelines, resources) and maintain documentation for governance/audit (e.g., funding proposals, agreements, progress reports).
- Monitor project delivery and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with objectives while liaising with external partners to meet deliverables.
- Oversee financial and procurement matters (budget tracking, vendor contracts, payments).
- Provide guidance to teams on implementation, risk mitigation, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic initiatives for community-focused projects, including grant support.
- Support related initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Sciences, Public Health, Social Work, or related fields (preferred not required).
- 4-8+ years of experience in community development, public health, or social services (advantageous).
- Experience partnering with government agencies, NGOs, or institutional stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Knowledge of social policies and community needs (e.g., health/elderly services).
