Digital Process Management & Solutions team drives process excellence, manage inbound logistics value stream and systems, drive simplification of operational processes, manage ownership for all the digital products and translate strategic direction into actionable plans & balanced product strategy.

As a Manager of Product area with ownership of Inbound Logistics & Transportation products, you focus on the day-to-day management of product development activities for a specific product or set of products by developing and enhance capabilities for transporting finished goods from the factory to the destination (DC, Customer) cost-effectively, supporting OTA performance.

You partner with Business, IT & work with agile teams, to continuously improve the product to maximize value for internal customers defining a robust product backlog, capability expansions needs and lead the team in developing new functionalities, adopting best practices, driving user engagement and ensuring future readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Backlog:

  • Prioritize and manage product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine backlog items.
  • Ensure the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by all team members.

2. Functional Specification:

  • Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications to guide product development.
  • Partner with Tech, design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure specifications are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with overall product strategy.

3. Data Specification:

  • Establish and manage data specifications to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Define data models, schemas, and standards for data management.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement and maintain data specifications.

4. System Testing (SIT, UAT):

  • Lead system integration testing (SIT) efforts to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing, ensuring a smooth product release.
  • Support User acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scripts & also during issue resolutions

5. Continuous improvement for System Capability:

  • Continuously assess and identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities and performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of system functionality and performance metrics.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback from users and stakeholders.

6. Process Automation:

  • Lead initiatives to automate processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual efforts.
  • Identify areas for automation and develop strategies to implement automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate automation into existing workflows.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, driving development of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Encourage creative thinking and experimentation within the team.

8. Functional Application Management:

  • Oversee management of primary data & provide application support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure applications are functioning optimally and meet business requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to users, addressing any issues or concerns.

  • GSCM/ POPS business functions
  • Market SCM, SCD and adjacent teams (POPS, Finance, Wholesale/ Retail/ E-Com)
  • PMO of strategic programs (T4RM, FPS)
  • External consultants (as needed) and Logistics service providers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic leadership skills (a plus)
  • Basic experience with enterprise platforms and technologies
  • Basic understanding of IT products and capabilities
  • Good communication and facilitation skills across business levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

The Digital Process Management & Solutions team drives excellence by:

YOUR MISSION

As part of this team, the position will mainly support the Product Owners of our inbound logistics & transportation applications, helping adidas transform the way logistics teams and partner functions operate.

The focus will be on assisting in product delivery and operations to enable Product Owners and tech leads to concentrate more on discovery and strategic improvements. The role offers broad exposure across different areas of the supply chain — including logistics, transportation, distribution centres, customs, and external carriers — while also providing valuable opportunities to work closely with software developers, support teams, and solution architects on the technical side.

This internship provides valuable experience in agile product management, digital logistics processes, and global product delivery, building a strong foundation for a future career in product management, operations, or digital solutions.

In addition, the intern will support the Labeling & Handling (L&H) team in updating Labelling & Packaging manuals and system configurations, contributing to the successful rollout of regional projects and ensuring consistency in operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Product Owners in preparing and refining user stories, with focus on documenting edge cases, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
  • Maintain a structured, updated backlog in Jira, ensuring clarity on story status, blockers, and priorities.
  • Coordinate with tech leads to follow up on progress of topics and ensure outcomes are tracked.
  • Assist in preparing and documenting sprint ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews, retros).

Job Description

The Vice President is an intermediate-level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital and bank markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. This role focused on coverage of maritime industry clients across Asia Pacific and the overall objective is to act as a strategic advisor to our clients by formulating capital raising strategies, understanding industry dynamics and factors well to formulate industry leading content, understanding business models in shipping to deliver firm's products suite to our clients and work with all product partners in order to drive entire firm to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior industry bankers to provide overall relationship management support
  • Provide a wide range of treasury and corporate finance solutions, including day-to-day cash management, trade, vendor finance, foreign exchange, loans, debt capital markets (fixed income and bank), share repurchase, and interest rate and equity derivatives
  • Support bankers in cross-selling Citi's full spectrum of products and services to generate revenue by identifying and responding to customers' financial, advisory, transactional needs
  • Conduct marketing (including via zoom/ and in person client meetings) and execution activities in coordination with Bankers, Relationship Analysts and Associates, Citi's international offices and product/investment banking partners
  • Responsible for developing an understanding of all credit, transactional and franchise risks in coordination with senior coverage officers to facilitate deal execution and risk mitigation processes, including the preparation of credit approvals, obtaining Capital and Risk approvals, and supervising transaction return calculations
  • Evaluate public filings, research reports, operations, business plans and financial forecasts to produce strategic and financial analyses
  • Continuously stay informed of best practices and market and industry trends
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Business preferred
  • Proven and progressive related lending/credit experience or equivalent product experience
  • Demonstrated credit skills, including a background in credit
  • Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities products preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Banking business including related products, pertinent regulations and the lending and credit approval process
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated planning, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of financial modeling (ability to review and provide industry inputs) as well as Microsoft office (PPT, Excel, Word)
  • Maritime Industry experience will be preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Activities:


•Drive Demand Planning process with BUs network, with team management.
