Ultima Markets is seeking an exceptional and dynamic Head of Global Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across all our international markets. This hands-on, all-rounded leader will be instrumental in driving our brand's growth, expanding our global footprint, and cementing our position as a leading forex broker.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and offline activities across all Ultima Markets' operating regions worldwide.
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for both retail FX and institutional sectors, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversee and manage performance marketing, digital marketing, branding initiatives, offline and online events, public relations & corporate communications, promotions, website development and optimization, design & content creation, and sponsorship activities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, identify market trends, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels and regions.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar) overseeing global or multi-regional marketing initiatives.
  • Proven experience within the Forex, CFD, or broader financial services industry is essential. Experience with both retail and institutional clients is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing diverse marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, offline, events, PR).
  • Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse, high-performing global marketing team. Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies, understand market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced financial environment.
  • Hands-on & All-Rounded: Willingness to be directly involved in tactical execution while maintaining a strategic overview. Proficient across the full marketing mix, including:

  • Branding & Communications: Strong understanding of brand development, corporate communications, PR strategies, and reputation management.
  • Event Management: Experience in planning and executing large-scale online and offline events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Performance Marketing: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track KPIs, interpret data, and optimize campaigns for ROI. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards).

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager in Brand Management and Communications in Group level. To lead and execute integrated brand and communication strategies that elevate the brand image, also drive brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop global strategies and integrated consumer campaigns that drive brand awareness, category top of mind and commercial objectives from a diverse source of markets across Hong Kong, Mainland China and international regions.
  • Lead, guide and support all implementation in relation to brand guideline, brand platform, position and etc.
  • Work closely with agencies and deliver Group level communication content and strategy. (Branding, Digital, Social KOLs, PR, Event and Advertising)
  • Analyse market trends and brand strategies to steer effective communication tactics that speak to diverse consumers and build the connection that cultivate higher brand affinity.
  • Collaborate with global partnership agency to identity brand opportunities to strengthen the Chow Tai Fook Brand.
  • Act as a brand guardian and strictly enforce brand guidelines - ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all internal and external platforms.
  • Lead and guide a comprehensive brand asset library and ensure all related materials align with the brand’s operating matrix.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in branding and marketing communications from multinational retail companies.
  • Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and able to communicate with internal and external parties effectively.
  • Experience gained from Mainland China market is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese.
  • Candidates from Branding, PR, Digital and Communications agency are welcomed to apply.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager.

Manage & oversee the GBRS team to deliver the business targets and departmental goals

  • Monitor functional operations under the guidance of Head of Marketing

  • Maintain a strong and long term relationship with all business sources
  • Review, analyze and monitor overall underwriting results to detect trends and make any strategic changes
  • Responsible for reviewing the existing products to offer support and assistance in enhancing and developing products variety to meet clients' needs
  • Monitor underwriting performance and results, maintaining high degree of underwriting integrity to achieve targets
  • Maintain renewal ratios by utilizing preset Company Business Guideline and Delegated Authority Limit to fulfill broker & client satisfaction
  • Responsible for team monitoring to ensure the smooth running of all business including reinsurance business
  • Lead, coach and develop team members through delegation of responsibilities and staff empowerment
  • Monitor and manage to ensure end-to-end policy issuance process is met within agreed timeframe
  • Assist and follow up on the premium collections of intermediaries with long outstanding premiums to reduce bad debts and risks

Requirements

Must-have

  • Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 or holder of ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or equivalent
  • Proven track record in dealing with global brokers and reinsurance cedants
  • Good knowledge in multi-class of commercial line business
  • Strong technical skills in general insurance
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Good-to-have

  • Demonstrate a professional, courteous attitude with brokers and reinsurance partners
  • A good team player with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Customer focus, respond timely and ethically to requests/enquires
