Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist to the Director of Global Digital Marketing Operation for implementation of the digital marketing transformation for Lee Kum Kee globally including:
1.AI application in business environment
2.Digital Asset Management (DAM) development
3.Global social media & content strategy & implementation.
- Partner with Global Digital Innovation team to build the Digital Marketing capabilities and infrastructure, with orchestration of company priority, brand & category strategy & Zones business needs
Global System Development:
AI Capability
- Digital savvy familiar with AI technology and have hands on experience on AI applications in digital system, like AIGC, AI data analysis, etc.
- Collaborate with partner departments like Legal, Corporate Affair, to ensure materials on system is well managed with proper SOP guidance.
DAM
- Global DAM system project to partner with Digital Innovation Team (DI) and our Zone partners in the markets. Extensive internal communications with zones & understand their requirements on system to identify area to improve for upgrading system operations.
- Build a strong digital platform to connect Global and Zones Marketing, ensure all marketing ideas / campaigns / directions are seamlessly communicated through DAM system.
- Manage technical system aspects with vendor such as site speed, mobile- friendliness and UIUX.
DTC Digital Marketing & CRM
- Digital Marketing knowledge in both China and non-China eco system, to support DTC project. Familiar with Global CRM system will be an advantage.
- With Content Creation Experience / Strong story telling skill will be an advantage.
- CRM development & implementation experience, collect consumer data and support the company in consumer centric transformation.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor degree holder
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in a dynamic business environment
- Global or regional exposure is a MUST
- Experience in FMCG categories is a plus
- Strong strategic digital marketing and user experience competence and analytical thinking
- Extensive knowledge of both China and out of China digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, data management and content marketing
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Exceptional Project Management skill. Strongly self-motivated and passionate about delivering new digital ideas/projects from beginning till end
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent Mandarin
- Familiar with Digital Analytic Tools. Outstanding in MS Excel & Powerpoint
- Ability to influence senior management as well key stakeholders across multiple functions
- Good team player and appreciate Lee Kum Kee corporate culture and value
- Willing to travel occasionally
