You’ll report to the Global Product Management Group Leader based in Hong Kong, and you’ll work within a team of product managers, whilst closely collaborating with cross-functional teams around the world.

Role Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Establish a clear product vision and strategic direction that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Product Definition: Define, and deliver product requirements based on their value to customers and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Market Research Leverage: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product development decisions.
- Testing and Prototyping Lead: Oversee the development and execution of testing and prototyping processes to gather user feedback ensuring a refined user experience before full-scale launch.
- Product Roadmap definition: Contribute to the Global Product Roadmap definition based on the vast understanding of the a,market and target audiences.
- Product Development Ownership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and addressing any challenges during the development process.
- Product Launch Facilitator: Contribute with marketing/sales and customer support teams to prepare for successful product launches and ensure effective communication.
- Post-Launch Evaluation: Analyze product performance through key metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future iterations.

- 6-8 years of demonstrable experience in hardware product management.

- Strong understanding of product (hardware and software) life cycle process, engineering principles and design constraints.

- Ability to quickly grasp technology constraints and capabilities.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics and technology business, industry / industry issues and competitors.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) skills – English (required) , Mandarin (a plus).

- Minimum - Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, product design or related.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement strategic solutions that position J.P. Morgan as 'best in class' in the Custody space. Based in Hong Kong, you will work with Product Management, Technology, and Operations to align product solutions with the strategic roadmap. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, planning initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Delivery of strategic Custody Investment Proposals and the Custody roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product Management, Technology, Client Services, Network Management and other Operational areas to agree and execute solutions
- Plan initiative delivery timeframes, refining budgetary requirements and ensuring completion of projects and key milestones within agreed budget and timeframes
- Facilitate requirements and solution discussions with relevant teams and, as required , this may include direct discussion with clients
- Establish governance framework for oversight and management of projects. Ensure stakeholders, sponsors and impacted parties receive relevant and timely communication
- Plan and coordinate test phases as required, ensuring success criteria are clearly defined and clearly met at test conclusion
- Strive for robust strategic solutions, encourage others to think strategically and leverage full intellectual capability of subject matter experts and teams
- Present project objectives, progress and benefits to varied audiences including senior management, J.P. Morgan clients and functional partners
- 10+ years experience in an Operations, Client Service, Product Management or Product Development
- Results orientated: Drive results through people, communication, influence management and interactions. Demonstrates a proven track record of delivering strategic projects
- Problem Solving: strong analytical skills with logical and structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision making
- Multi-tasker: Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritise workloads, and manage multiple streams of work concurrently
- Ownership: be personally accountable for achieving key milestones on a development roadmap
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Communication: Confident communicator in all mediums across varied audiences – candidate will be dealing with stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority across Product Management/Development, Technology, Operations, Network, Client Service, and Sales including senior executives
- Initiative: be able to move initiatives forward in a cross-functional, multi-locational and matrixed organizational model
- Decision making: Ability to make considered decisions based upon fact and business / industry knowledge
- Integrity: High levels of integrity, operating on the basis of open and honest interaction

Job Description- Lead reagent development for the project, driving R&D activities with defined goals and timelines, and resolving experimental issues based on professional knowledge and literature research.
- Mentor the reagent development team to monitor progress.
- Collaborate with the bioinformatics team to interpret experimental results and validate experimental designs.
- Coordinate with teams such as instrumentation, production, quality, and marketing to facilitate product translation.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the team.
- Ph.D. in biology, chemistry, bioengineering, immunology, clinical sciences, or a related field, with a solid background in molecular biology and experimental skills.
- Experience in reagent product development is advantageous.
- Preferred experience in droplet microfluidics, digital PCR, next-generation sequencing, or qPCR reagent development.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
