Education & Requirements

• Knowledge of US, EU, China standard including GB, FZ/T, GB/T, QB/T, ISO, ASTM.
• Good communication skills, can negotiate with external and internal stake holders to achieve objectives
• Strong analytical skill is a must, independent project management experience will be a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Suites (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Self-motivated, independent, confident, proactive, result-driven
• Fluent in written, spoken Mandarin and English

• Responsible for the global contract and pricing with Ocean carriers in alignment with global procurement
• Support stations in ensuring carrier compliance with agreed contracts and rates.
