- The role also includes managing costs, prioritizing initiatives with business stakeholders, and delivering measurable value throughout the lifecycle of ERP projects.
- Strong project/program management skills are essential, along with a solid background in business administration (including finance and human capital). The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align ERP applications with business needs, manage vendor relationships, and lead support teams to maintain a stable and responsive application portfolio. 
- This role involves travelling across various site offices within the group to lead, grow, and manage a team of experienced IT Program Managers, providing leadership and technical guidance to drive successful execution of global ERP design programs; 
- It includes proactively identifying SOPs and original blueprint templates for the group ERP system, and working closely with Country Managers to address resource gaps and reprioritize initiatives;
- The position collaborates with global stakeholders including the Head of Engineering, Product, HR, and Finance to contribute to ERP workflow design;
- It also defines and manages operating rhythms for global ERP, including execution and business reviews;
- The role requires close coordination with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment, prioritize tasks, manage budgets and costs, and make strategic decisions with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
- A key responsibility is to critically assess vendor capabilities during different phases of implementation, determining whether functions should be developed in-house or outsourced based on business effectiveness and cost efficiency;
Profile
Job Requirements
- Master Degree/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; A master's degree or MBA is highly preferred;
- AT LEAST 15 years of experience in a Global IT Programs/ Portfolios Management role for ERP Solutions with at least 5 years in a leadership role for enterprise applications;
- The ideal candidate possesses current IT management experience in an in-house setting, preferably with a former background in IT consulting is a big bonus;
- Proven track record of leading large scale "ERP design and implementation global programs" OR digital transformation initiatives and implementing large-scale IT projects as project manager or key member of the PMO;
- Solid experience with different type of ERP business-critical applications, be able to tell the difference between packaging solutions;
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skill;
- PMP certification is a must.
- Language - Fluent English and Cantonese is a must.

About the Program:
Global Accounts Strategy Office Program (SOP) is a one-year, high-potential leadership development program designed to accelerate the careers of recent university and master's graduates. Participants will gain hands-on experience across sales, strategy, and consultative business transformation, working closely with Lenovo's Global Accounts organization to drive strategy, translate vision into action, and deliver outcomes for some of the world's largest customers. 
At the end of the program, participants will be placed into a permanent role within Global Accounts, positioned to grow as future leaders in Lenovo's global business.
Program Highlights:
- 12-month rotational program with exposure to both sales and consultative transformation roles
- Training on Lenovo's portfolio, customer engagement, solution-selling, and strategic planning

As a Full Time Analyst in the 2026 Global Private Bank Advisor Training Program, you will gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. You will work with our team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and to serve existing ones and deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth. No client has identical goals, so understanding their unique needs and tailoring our approach to exceed expectations requires work across teams and the firm to provide first-class service.
As a Full Time Analyst in the 2026 Global Private Bank Solutions Training Program, you will work with investment professionals who are dedicated to structuring creative and opportunistic investment ideas to meet clients' portfolio objectives across all asset classes. We have specialists responsible for developing our market strategy, alternative investments, fixed income, equities, FX and commodities. You will get involved with conducting research and analysis, using our proprietary models, assist with product development and portfolio construction. During our Solutions Training Program, you'll gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. The program begins with a five-week immersive induction training, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional.
Your program will begin with a five-week immersive induction training, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives, and build global networks. For the entirety of the Training Program, you'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives. You'll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next career move. After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.

Join us as a 6-month co-op intern, where you will execute control assurance assessments and control testing according to the company's policies and standards. You will support ongoing compliance initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance control frameworks. This role also includes elements of risk management and regulatory compliance, providing a unique opportunity to work on global assurance projects.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform information risk assurance assessments and controls testing according to the company's policies and standards, e.g. Application security, IT asset inventory, IT disaster recovery etc.
- Be a part of an engagement team and participate in internal / stakeholder meetings to understand and assess IRM processes.
- Review evidence, analyze data, and documenting workpapers of the process, test steps, results and detailed findings
- Support data analysis tasks such as reviewing control testing data, identifying trends, or assisting with updates to dashboards or reports (e.g., Power BI or Excel), depending on interest and capability.
- Socialize and collaborate with process owners, Governance & Control teams, and Information Risk Officers, to ensure issues identified from assurance engagements are tracked with management corrective action plans defined to address the risks
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate / Graduate students with a major in risk management, business administration, information systems / computer science or related subjects
- Agile, creative and show initiative while working in a challenging and fast paced environment
