What you'll be doing:
Client Management
- Act as primary contact with the global key consolidator partners, maintain strong relationships, ensuring to address their needs and well-manage clients' expectations.
- Lead the entire sales journey, from initial sales pitching, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, agreement handling to on-boarding logistics
- Support other account servicing activities with partners, including but not limited to marketing campaigns coordination, complaints handling, payment issues and other ad hoc request from clients
- Strongly collaborate with the internal stakeholders, e.g. local and regional commercial teams, operation, IT, marketing, call center to ensure internal alignment and execution
Sales Planning and performance management
- Actively monitor sales performance and current landscapes, regular review with clients, conduct analysis to identify the gap, explore new business opportunities in all areas and new ideas to improve the revenue and streamline the operations across the PPG network
- Collect market intelligence globally, keep track on clients' movements as well as competitors' news and determine solutions or actions to crop with the changes.
- Conduct sales forecast for various group projects
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by senior management and ad hoc support requested by other departments
About you:
- University graduate with minimum 5 years' relevant experience in travel industry, preferably in MNCs
- Strong commercial acumen with in-depth knowledge in travel industry and analytical mind
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized in work procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Efficient, capable of working under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management
- Collaborative, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Responsibilities- Develop and implement Global Distribution Strategy in collaboration with Sales, Digital Marketing and Revenue Management
- Support Global Distribution in devising and rolling out channel shift strategy from third-party distributors to internal channels or lower cost channels in key compression markets
