- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Solid understanding of corporate policies and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.

**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Manage Policy Administration functions and be the lead to review, fine-tune and streamline current work processes and workflows to continuously enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with offshore teams to accelerate and execute the rollout of various customer transactions and new service functions. Facilitate the delivery of overall service levels, particularly focusing on turnaround times and accuracy commitments.
+ Represent M&R in New Product and Product Day2 development discussions, addressing workflow and UR requirements. Work with the Product team to develop materials for new features, such as forms, correspondences, agent/customer communication messages, etc., and facilitate the application process for new service features to digital submission.
+ Participate in other projects, including service improvement initiatives and all projects impacting M&R, such as system migration/re-platform/reskin, regulatory projects, BCP, system upgrades, etc.
+ Support the processing of complex Policy Admin requests with excellent follow-up with customers and distribution until completion.
+ Deliver outstanding policy service to VIP group customers and distribution channels.
+ Provide services offered to ManulifePro prestige advisors and handle special requests or questions from management.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related field.
+ 10 years or more industry experience in Policy Admin Servicing, with experience in running business projects being an advantage.
+ Decisive, able to work independently, and demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
+ Ability to maintain and build relationships with internal teams.
+ Good communication and presentation skills.
+ Fluent in Mandarin and English.
+ High proficiency in reading and writing English and Chinese.
+ Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
+ Customer-oriented.
+ Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Officer/Senior Officer to join our CSPA team. In this role, you will primarily focus on policy administration tasks. As an Officer/Senior Officer, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth administration and processing of insurance policies, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Services:
- Provide after-sales services for corporate and individual clients.
- Handle client inquiries and facilitate the claims process, providing information on policy specifics related to Employee Benefit Insurance and General Insurance.
- Assist in the administration of policies by ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and maintained in compliance with established standards.
- Provide support to clients with inquiries regarding policy coverage, benefits, and any changes to their policies.
- Ensure all policy documents and endorsements are followed up within the month of the policy effective date.
- Process billing within the month of the policy effective date, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor outstanding premiums, ensuring that all amounts are addressed promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage General Insurance retention before policy expiry.
- Handle any ad hoc assignments as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience in Employee Benefits and/or General Insurance at a broker firm or insurance company is preferred
- Holder of Insurance license (IIQE papers I, II & III) are highly preferable
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and general insurance principles and practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems (experience with ERP systems an advantage)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered to Senior Officer position

About The Role

**Responsibilities**
+ **Technical Relationship Development:** Co-own, manage, and develop relationships with CTO/CDO/CIO/CISO and Innovation/DT Leaders within customer businesses. Leverage these relationships to develop deep strategic engagements for positive impact on the customer's business.
+ **Enterprise Business Architecture:** Understand customers' business challenges at a strategic level to create business/enterprise architecture and solution roadmaps aligned with their specific business processes and priorities. Create and maintain the strategic 3 Horizon roadmap for the customer.
+ **Technical Orchestration:** Act as the Technology Sales Leader in Solution Plays and Industry Cloud, connecting Industry/Business priorities. Orchestrate and align STU + CSU (or partner) resources through various stages to achieve the desired industry architecture strategy and solutions.
+ **AI and Thought Leadership:** Move from foundational to competent in technology thought leadership and align AI plans with customer conversations.
+ **Customer Conversations:** Play a critical role in understanding customer maturity and aligning products with customer journeys. Formulate business-to-IT technical roadmaps.
+ **Performance Metrics:** Align ATS performance metrics with AE metrics, particularly in terms of pipeline coverage and quota.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 5+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
+ OR equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
+ OR equivalent experience
