The Opportunity
We are seeking a Growth Manager to drive business development and strategic partnerships across UAE, India, and Hong Kong. This role involves expanding our network of schools and universities, developing collaborations with education service providers, and increasing brand presence. Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within local and regional markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and educational institutions.
- Boost sales by prospecting target clients (students and parents) to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Initiate and follow up on phone/video calls with prospective clients to close sales within the admissions cycle.
- Build partnerships with schools across Hong Kong and India to conduct webinars, consultations, and workshops.
- Track key business metrics like lead conversion rate, average revenue per lead/sale, and client acquisition cost.
- Represent the company at education fairs, conferences, and networking events.

2. Student Counseling & Application Support:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students/applicants to discuss university options and finalizing university lists, academic pathways, and career goals.
- Assist students with applications, including essays, personal statements, and supplemental documents.
- Provide guidance on standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, and APs.
- Advise on scholarship and financial aid options, and ensure compliance with application processes (Common App, UCAS, OUAC, etc.).
- Help students explore enrichment opportunities (not limited to) like academic competition, summer programs, passion/capstone projects, leadership initiatives, and volunteering activities.
3. Student & Parent Engagement:
- Maintain consistent communication with students and parents, sharing monthly progress reports and addressing queries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver workshops and webinars on admissions trends, essay writing, and university selection.
- Quarterly parent and management review meetings and progress reports
- Ensure students and families receive timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
4. Data Management & Research:
- Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and application status in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a US or UK university (Business, Marketing, Education, Liberal Arts, or Science/Tech related fields).
- Graduate of an international school in Hong Kong (strongly preferred)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of user acquisition or growth marketing experience,
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with attribution/analytics tools (e.g., GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
- Hands-on experience managing global paid channels and large user acquisition budgets
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel analysis, and experimentation methodology
- Strong commercial sense—comfortable making budget trade-offs based on business impact
- Skilled with tools like Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, or similar BI platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills across business, legal, and product teams
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritise responsibilities; excellent time management; ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure.

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with experience in CEX platforms, capable of independently driving the development of complex incentive systems. You will be fully responsible for the planning and implementation of product modules such as VIP levels, fee mechanisms, points and rewards systems, and coupon systems, with the goal of improving the retention, engagement, and value contribution of core trading users.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product planning and continuous optimization of the VIP level system, user segmentation mechanisms, and trading fee management rules.
- Design and implement points systems, task-based incentive mechanisms, rebate structures, and coupon products to support trading growth and user engagement.
- Coordinate with data, risk control, and operations teams to build a configurable and monitorable incentive system platform.
- Continuously optimize the effectiveness of incentive strategies and user experience based on data analysis and user feedback.
- Gain in-depth understanding of the incentive needs of market makers and institutional users, and assist in the design of B2B trading incentives and subsidy programs.
- Participate in the strategic planning of trading growth-related products, and drive the implementation of products from scratch or from 1 to N.
Qualifications:
- Experience in core product design for centralized exchanges (CEX), with an understanding of the underlying logic of order matching, clearing and settlement, and user level systems.
- Systematic understanding and practical experience with fee structures, VIP incentives, and user loyalty management mechanisms.
- Familiarity with the behavior patterns of trading users, and the ability to reverse-engineer incentive design logic from business objectives.
- Ability to independently lead cross-departmental complex projects, including product plans, progress management, and risk control.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in evaluating product effectiveness through metrics and continuous optimization.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in building a closed-loop incentive system combining “points + tasks + mall/coupons.”
- Familiarity with market maker management, institutional user segmentation incentive needs, and rule management.
- Understanding of trading market growth models (such as GMV drivers and LTV models) and the ability to apply them in product design.

- As a core member of the Leadership Growth team, you will be responsible for building a leadership community for OKG, enabling organizational capability, and fostering culture, to support full management cycles for OKG business leaders
- Identify and analyze leadership gaps, strengthen the leadership pipeline in different functions and initiate leadership development plans, and conduct succession planning initiatives
- Provide objective assessment and identify root causes of teams and organization issues, use a systematic approach to help improve team productivity and organization cohesiveness
- Conduct leader and organization data analysis, provide valuable insight and solutions to the business in regards to our people & organization health index
- 7+ years of experience working in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Consulting, preferably in the internet/hi-tech/financial services industry
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced working environment, with open-mindedness to new information and challenges.
- Logical and structured in problem solving, with a big picture in mind
- Past experience and credentials in leadership development tools is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English (Mandarin is a plus)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Growth Opportunity Insights: Develop strategies for creating viral content or enhancing user conversion rates, based on a deep understanding of trends, real-time news, and product innovations in the Web3 industry, utilizing various aspects such as content, community, technology, and AI.
- Operational Management and Optimization: Ensure that engagement strategies through content, video, and community channels (such as short videos, articles, and live streams) align with Web3 user interests and the OKX brand positioning, enhancing user interaction and conversion rates.
- Collaboration with KOLs/KOCs and Communities: Identify high-quality KOCs and KOLs in content or video channels, and plan corresponding content and activities to expand OKX's growth and brand influence.
- Data-Driven Growth: Use data analysis tools (like Google Analytics and Mixpanel) to track key metrics (such as CTR, conversion rates, and user retention), design A/B tests, and optimize growth strategies.
- AI Tool Application: Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, and Runway) to generate creative content, optimize copy, or analyze user behavior, improving operational efficiency and content quality.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and other teams to ensure that growth activities align with the company’s long-term core strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Journalism, or related fields.
- Over 1 year of experience in growth operations, digital marketing, or content operations, familiar with the content ecosystems of Twitter, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu.
- In-depth understanding of the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries, familiar with concepts such as CEX, and strong self-motivation.
- Proficient in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, DALL·E, Canva) for content creation or data analysis; basic skills in automation scripting or programming are a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, familiarity with growth hacking methodologies, and the ability to experiment and iterate quickly in the fast-paced Web3 environment.
- Fluent in Chinese and English is a must to interact with different stakeholders
