- Serve as the go-to person for all matters related to digital and paid channels for assigned markets.
- Lead digital and paid user acquisition efforts across various channels, including but not limited to search (SEM), paid social, display, affiliates, programmatic advertising, and UAC etc.
- Achieve user acquisition targets while meeting agreed-upon CAC and ROAS metrics.

- Collaborate with the merchandising team to curate paid campaigns that effectively target customers from different cohorts.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., onsite teams, graphic designers, merchandising, PR, social media ) to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Oversee Performance Marketing budget allocation and optimize ROAS & CAC through data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Provide executive-level reporting on campaign performance, customer insights, and growth projections to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of user acquisition or growth marketing experience,
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with attribution/analytics tools (e.g., GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
- Hands-on experience managing global paid channels and large user acquisition budgets
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel analysis, and experimentation methodology
- Strong commercial sense—comfortable making budget trade-offs based on business impact
- Skilled with tools like Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, or similar BI platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills across business, legal, and product teams
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritise responsibilities; excellent time management; ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure.

The role is based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO-driven content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences across blog posts, landing pages, and other web assets
- Create and edit high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that balances SEO optimisation with a reader-first approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including design, product marketing, and regional marketers – to ensure content consistency and impact
- Manage the editorial calendar and oversee content production timelines
- Work with a network of freelancers and/or agencies to ensure content quality accurately reflects Airwallex’s value propositions
- Provide editorial feedback and guidance to junior writers and external contributors as needed
- Fact-check all content and ensure accuracy, consistency, correct grammar, and alignment with editorial standards and brand guidelines
- Support the publishing and formatting of content within our Content Management System (CMS)
- Leverage AI tools effectively to enhance content creation and efficiency
- Establish and optimise workflows for content planning, development, and approval
- Identify content gaps and propose ideas to improve quality, engagement, and on-page experience (including UI/UX considerations)
- Partner closely with the SEO team to grow blog traffic in line with quarterly goals
- Ensure all content aligns with the Airwallex brand voice, tone, and editorial style
- Track and report on content performance to measure impact and guide future strategy
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SEO content management, with a strong track record of driving organic growth
- Native fluency in both written and spoken Traditional Chinese and English for the Hong Kong audience
- Exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in B2B content marketing, preferably within the finance or fintech sector, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Deep understanding of the Hong Kong market and cultural nuances to ensure content messages resonate with the local audience
- Hands-on experience using content management systems (CMS) to publish and manage digital content
- Solid understanding of website traffic and engagement metrics, with working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics
- Deep expertise in SEO content best practices, including Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines
- Proven project management experience within content marketing, including the ability to coordinate with multiple global stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Adaptable and growth-minded, with a bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, take initiative, and drive projects forward independently
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience within the finance or fintech sector

What You’ll Do
As a Growth Content Manager at Airwallex, you’ll be responsible for creating and editing high-quality content that builds brand authority, drives awareness and education around our products, and ultimately boosts organic traffic and conversions. Your primary focus will be leading content production to fuel SEO growth – ensuring everything you produce is optimised for search, aligned with our brand voice, and genuinely engaging for our audiences.
