Position Value

Based on the market brand perspective, help the brokerage, funds and financial business to execute product marketing actions community marketing as well, to feed the product definition and optimization actions with the market brand perspective, to promote product market penetration and brand awareness, and to enhance the competitiveness of the Group and the business brand in the Asia-Pacific and global markets. Responsibilities:

1.Market research capabilities

  • Familiar with financial industry trends, user stratification (retail/institutional investors) , and able to extract market opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis;
  • Understand the global brokerage market dynamics (e.g. leverage rules, regulatory policies, technology trends) and develop market brand localization strategies based on data (e.g. market size CAGR);
  • Adept at user profile analysis, optimize product positioning through behavioral data and feedback (e.g. high leverage preference, PC dynamic trading demand) Quarterly market insight reports, competitor benchmarking analysis, product differentiation strategy document;
  • Based on the strategy development of the marketing manager, cooperate with the completion of product marketing landing action dismantling, focusing on product marketing landing work and daily productisation demand docking.

2.Product framework ability

  • With UI/UX product expression ability for official website of financial technology, able to lead the design of product display framework for official website (e.g. trading tools, educational resources, compliance information disclosure prioritization), and communicate with UI designers on details of product landing and requirements decomposition;
  • Familiar with A/B testing methodology to optimize the conversion rate of landing page (e.g. CTA button setting, multi-language version adaptation, effect tracking, etc.);
  • Good at financial copywriting, balancing marketing appeal with regulatory requirements (e.g. risk warning, leverage statement);
  • Familiar with the interface process between marketing brand, production and research, and project parties, and able to organize clear requirement documents and workflow based on marketing brand requirements.

3.GTM Landing Capability

  • Develop product lifecycle marketing plans (from launch to iteration), integrate resources such as trade shows, social media (LinkedIn/Twitter/localized platforms), Mediakit (white papers, case videos), etc;
  • Familiar with financial industry content marketing strategies (e.g. market volatility interpretation, trading strategy columns) to enhance user stickiness and brand authority;
  • Coordinate cross-functional (design, compliance, technology) projects to ensure campaign execution and budget control;
  • Quickly respond to industry hotspots (e.g. asset management demand surge) and plan event marketing and content features.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above with a major marketing, business, or a related field;
  • 3 years or above of product integrated marketing / Growth Marketing / Community Marketing experience, familiar with industry ecology and brand marketing, solid execution skills;
  • Experience in the whole process of product GTM from 0 to 1, experience in official website optimization or GTM project or case study;
  • Experience with AI/Big Data marketing tools (e.g. ChatGPT content generation, Dify workflow authoring, and programmatic advertising);
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (Google Analytics) and familiar with traffic acquisition logic and social media operation framework;
  • Experience in Securities and Futures / Funds /Trading is a plus; ability to learn quickly and be flexible;

    : Elevating Lockton's presence in the People Solutions space across Greater China.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing, event management, public relations, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Strong communicator with a data-sensitive and analytical mindset.
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail, capable of working independently and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • IIQE Paper 1 & 3 qualification is preferred.
  • Candidates with a Health & Wellness background is preferred.
