Lendingpot is a digital loan marketplace that connects individual borrowers with trusted financial institutions and licensed lenders. Backed by IFS Capital Group, we are expanding into Hong Kong to offer transparent, fast, and reliable access to personal and business financing. We're building a future where borrowing is simple, trusted, and tailored.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Manager to lead Lendingpot's expansion into Hong Kong. You'll drive market localisation, build key lender partnerships, and lay the foundation for service operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to make a measurable impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities


• Adapt Lendingpot's product offering and communication to suit the Hong Kong market


• Work with the product and marketing teams to localize onboarding flows, content, and pricing strategies


• Identify, engage, and onboard licensed lenders and financial partners


• Build strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and long-term success


• Launch Lendingpot HK in collaboration across various team members in Singapore such as Technology, Marketing, etc.


• Execute growth strategies to acquire both borrowers and lenders


• Coordinate the setup of customer service and operational workflows, possibly via support teams in Malaysia


• Implement efficient processes to manage borrower enquiries and partner support


• Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and market feedback


• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership to shape strategy and priorities

Requirements


• 5 years or more experience in business development, partnerships, fintech, or market expansion roles


• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong financial and lending landscape for Individuals and/or SMEs


• Experience launching new products or markets is a plus


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and execute with limited resources


• Cantonese and English proficiency is required
