The new 373-room Dorsett Hotel flagship is inspired by the location’s dreamy Marina lifestyle and the ocean. Catering to both leisure and longer-staying business travellers alike, our suites offer pantry and light cooking facilities, and interconnecting options. Dorsett Kai Tak features two Presidential Suites, each with its own private terrace and the Presidential Harbour View Pool Suite housing its own 10m lap pool. Other hotel facilities include an outdoor rooftop bar and pool, 100 square metre fitness centre, and double-height ceiling grand ballroom.

For the guest arriving from the cruise terminal, the Hotel will offer a smooth transition to an atmosphere that echoes the magical time at sea; for the staycation patron, the Hotel will give the opportunity to dream of a Marina lifestyle without leaving Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all front desk personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
  • Daily preparation of amenities, accurate room allocation to ensure Owners, VIP’s, Special attention guest and all important clients receive prompt and cordial key service elements prior to their arrival
  • Maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards
  • Responsible for the managing and supervising all front desk staff
  • Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time.

Requirements;

  • Degree holder in Hotel/ Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years at supervisory level in hotel industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, independent, proactive, service- oriented and attentive to detail
  • Service oriented with pleasant personality
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese

Job Description

Hotel COZi is a collection of welcoming, midscale hotels designed in a contemporary style, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Each hotel offers a home-away-from-home atmosphere where guests can unwind, exercise, or complete work tasks. Our hotels are dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy every moment of their stay.

  • Oasis, Tsuen Wan
  • Harbour View, Kwun Tong
  • Resort, Tuen Mun
Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily front office operations and guest services.
  • Manage and supervise front desk staff and service quality.
  • Handle guest inquiries, emergencies, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations at all times.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant hotel industry experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Guest Services Manager position.
Working Location

Kwun Tong
