- Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking and time management;
- Able to work under pressure and independently;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must; and
- Immediately available is highly preferred.

Principal Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of the latest development of the investment market, conduct product research, analysis in-house products verses peers, deliver market intelligence, sales and industry trends, understand key capabilities and contribute new product ideas.
- Develop and implement business initiatives, lead the end to end process for new products structuring, authorization, implementation to launch.
- Ensure deliverables are met on a timely basis.
- Prepare product proposal, due diligence paper and fund documents and participate in regular product development meeting and governance forum with internal stakeholders to review proposal for product delivery and control.
- Maintain strong relationships with various business units to support business growth strategy and coordinate cross functional departments for smooth launch arrangement.
- Review the products throughout the product life cycle, evaluate the efficiency of offerings and make recommendations.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or Financial related discipline
- Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience, with good knowledge of investment funds, preferably with asset management experience
- With skill set on digital asset, tokenization, blockchain applications in finances, or tokenized funds
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Good leadership, strong analytical, project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- With the ability to work independently, under pressure and tight schedule
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective delivery of outputs

We are seeking a motivated and all rounded Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Investment Management Division. The ideal candidate will be part of the Asia Marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our investment capabilities and services, enhance client engagement, and strengthen our brand presence in Asia. Principal Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for investment capabilities and products, including digital marketing, email marketing, and print materials.
- Event Management: Organize and promote events such as webinars, industry conferences, and coordinate with vendors to ensure all logistics are managed effectively.
- Content Creation and collateral management: Collaborate with the regional team and global team to create compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and social media posts. Review marketing collateral in traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese.

The Sales Management COO in Asia will play a key role in ensuring effective sales execution across the region. The individual will be responsible for supporting the implementation and documentation of an institutionalized sales process. In reporting to the Head of Asia, they will be involved in all aspects of sales management, measurement and reporting. The individual will also serve as a bridge between the sales and investment teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales efforts across the region to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Work with the sales teams in conducting market mapping, client segmentation and prioritization.
- Conduct demand assessments with the sales teams to identify client needs and market opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipelines and track results to help optimize performance.
- Work with global teams on lifecycle management and sequencing of multiple private market offerings.
- Ensure documentation of sales activities in Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
- Prepare presentations on the regional sales strategy, performance and priorities.
- Curate and organize roadshows to promote our capabilities across the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual countries and clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to set targets and monitor progress against goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and sales data.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and governance for all sales activities
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services.
- Strong project management skills.
- Highly organized and disciplined with a strong work ethic.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Product Development Manager .
Principal Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of the latest development of the investment market, conduct product research, analysis in-house products verses peers, deliver market intelligence, sales and industry trends, understand key capabilities and contribute new product ideas.
- Develop and implement business initiatives, lead the end to end process for new products structuring, authorization, implementation to launch.
- Ensure deliverables are met on a timely basis.
- Prepare product proposal, due diligence paper and fund documents and participate in regular product development meeting and governance forum with internal stakeholders to review proposal for product delivery and control.
- Maintain strong relationships with various business units to support business growth strategy and coordinate cross functional departments for smooth launch arrangement.
- Review the products throughout the product life cycle, evaluate the efficiency of offerings and make recommendations.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or Financial related discipline
- Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience, with good knowledge of investment funds, preferably with asset management experience
- With skill set on digital asset, tokenization, blockchain applications in finances, or tokenized funds
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Good leadership, strong analytical, project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- With the ability to work independently, under pressure and tight schedule
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective delivery of outputs
