About The Role
- We are looking for a Head Sales Manager / Curriculum Advisor (Adult Courses) to join Preface, a global Tech-Enabling Company that revolutionises Tech Education for Corporates, Schools and Individuals.
- The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and is part of Preface's sales organisation. It is commercially focused and requires cross-functional collaboration with content, operations, marketing, and the learning experience team to ensure our adult learners receive exceptional value and support throughout their learning journey.
- You will own the revenue performance and student growth for adult individual learners, overseeing the full funnel, from sales strategy and acquisition to engagement and retention. You'll lead the team of Sales Managers/Curriculum Advisors to drive business outcomes and deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for our adult students.
What You'll Be Doing
- Team building: Build and lead a team of sales managers to drive business growth and deliver financial results; provide sales training to team members
- Responsible for growing and developing adult student base
- Plan and develop strategy to deliver quarterly revenues above targets
- Design and manage packages for parents to purchase
- Design and manage sales and retention processes for adult students
- Ensure all inbounds from enquires are responded within 24 hours
- Designs and manages communications strategy to all adult students
- Generates and manages sales opportunities
- Work with Sales Operations team to track all business activities and deliver management reports
- Work with Operations team to ensure effective facility management and teaching quality
- Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from adult students to better improve Preface processes
Requirements
- Genuinely passionate about education, technology and lifestyle learning
- 5-7+ years experience in commercial, business development, and/or account management role
- 2+ years team leadership experience and P&L responsibility
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation and influencing skills; flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to learn.
- Humble team player prepared for a fast pace environment
- Fluent in English and Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment is preferable
