About The Role

  • We are looking for a Head Sales Manager / Curriculum Advisor (Adult Courses) to join Preface, a global Tech-Enabling Company that revolutionises Tech Education for Corporates, Schools and Individuals.
  • The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and is part of Preface's sales organisation. It is commercially focused and requires cross-functional collaboration with content, operations, marketing, and the learning experience team to ensure our adult learners receive exceptional value and support throughout their learning journey.
  • You will own the revenue performance and student growth for adult individual learners, overseeing the full funnel, from sales strategy and acquisition to engagement and retention. Requirements

  • Genuinely passionate about education, technology and lifestyle learning
  • 5-7+ years experience in commercial, business development, and/or account management role
  • 2+ years team leadership experience and P&L responsibility
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation and influencing skills; flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to learn.
  • Humble team player prepared for a fast pace environment
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment is preferable
