Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality strategies that enhance process, product, and system standards.
- Lead and manage quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
- Partner closely with Sourcing, Sales, Merchandising, and Product Development teams to optimise quality performance.
- Monitor quality KPIs and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, proactively addressing any quality concerns and exceeding expectations.
- Lead factory teams in implementing effective quality control measures and training programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or Testing Technology
- 10+ years of quality assurance leadership in garment manufacturing.
- Expertise in textile, testing processes, and industry regulations
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
