Senior Recruitment Consultant | Talent Advisor | Technology, Digital, Sales & MarketingOur client is a leading healthcare & supplement company from US. Setting a new division, they are now in search of a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to cope with their business need and expand the markets in Hong Kong & Macau.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Lead and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to grow brand presence, engagement, and community loyalty.
- Content Creation & Campaigns: Develop compelling, brand-aligned content including short-form videos, visuals, and copywriting for digital channels. Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce high-impact campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Sales Strategy: Design and implement data-driven digital marketing plans to drive online traffic, conversions, and e-commerce sales. Optimize performance through SEO/SEM, paid media, and CRM initiatives.
- KOL & Influencer Partnerships: Identify, engage, and manage key opinion leaders and influencers to amplify brand messaging and drive authentic consumer connections.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with the Singapore marketing team to align on regional goals, share insights, and co-develop strategies to meet business targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, health, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in managing social media, influencer campaigns, and e-commerce growth.
- Strong creative sensibility with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
