We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Specialist to join our expanding sales team in Healthy Days (a healthcare digital platform). In this role, you will be responsible to drive   strategic partnerships and sales growth targets to healthcare and pharmaceutical related clients. You will gain exposure on digital media as well as networking with healthcare professionals.

Job Nature:

  • Identify, develop new business opportunity and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare and pharmaceutical related marketers or clients
  • Promote our social media channel, digital marketing campaign to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Prepare marketing proposal and presentation materials
  • Interact with doctors, professors to introduce collaboration opportunities with our platform
  • Build strong and close relationships to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with internal team to ensure client projects are executed efficiently

Characters / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above
  • 1 - 2 years proven experience in healthcare/ medical/ pharmaceutical sales, business development, or partnership management
  • Experience in client serving, digital projects or platform will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Self-motivated, result driven, strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

The Clinical Trial Specialist (CTS) is a member of the Clinical Operations team responsible for supporting clinical trial activities as the in-house site start-up and maintenance specialist.   • Serve as second reviewer for TMF QC.
  • May function as TMF Lead, taking responsibility for TMF setup, maintenance and oversight.
  • Assist with/end of study TMF filing (including site close-out documents), QC and archival.
  • Develop skills in preparing and participating in audit responses.
  • Perform QC of documents and emails prior to sending to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Develop skills in data entry and maintaining files/folders for Clinical Trial Management System by project.
  • Support data entry, tracking and submission for investigator payments by project.
  • Collaborate with CRA/CTM/PM during site start-up for feasibility, acting as point of contact for sites where applicable.
  • Assist in presenting final feasibility results to PM team and/or Sponsor.
  • Assist sites in preparing, planning, organizing and collecting essential document packets (EDPs).
  • Submit final EDPs to sponsor or CTM/PM as required.
About You
  • College/University diploma/degree; or at least 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to perform general administrative duties as needed.
  • Exposure to medical terminology preferred.
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP, ethical and regulatory requirements preferred.
