We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as an Associate HR Consultant. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will work closely with clients to identify top-tier executive talent for a wide range of industries.
As a Associate HR Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, researching potential candidates, and helping our clients find the right leaders to drive their businesses forward.

Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their executive hiring needs and company culture.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to find suitable candidates for mid to senior level roles.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines: Establish and grow a network of top talent, both active and passive candidates, ensuring a strong pool of potential hires.
- Facilitate successful negotiations: Act as a bridge between clients and candidates, guiding constructive negotiations to create outcomes that benefit both parties.
What we are looking for:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduates with 0-3 years of working experience are welcomed!
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What would you do
- Identifying and acquiring new key clients on the market and business opportunities
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Client knowledge - market mapping, booking meetings
- All aspects of the 360 recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and managing both client and candidate side of the recruitment lifecycle
- Account Management and Delivery on hot open roles for our Key Accounts
- Generate and share leads within the team/division
- Continuous research into the recruitment/business landscape
- Demonstrate ability to create and advertise professional Job Descriptions of an NC standard

Responsibilities
- Assist project delivery in sustainability engineering such as green building assessment and certification (BEAM Plus, LEED, China Green Building etc.), sustainable design and planning, energy study etc.;
- Carry out building performance modeling and analysis such as energy, daylight, solar, ventilation, thermal comfort etc.;
- Prepare technical reports, presentation and other project deliverables;
- Project team coordination and project meeting attendance;
- Assist business development activities;
- Perform other job-related duties as required
- Degree in Built Environment / Building Services Engineering / Energy Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Engineering. PhD and Master degrees are advantageous;
- Knowledge with BEAM Plus / LEED is preferred;
- 2-year relevant experience with sustainable design modeling software is preferred (eQuest, IES, Ecotect, Fluent, Phoenics, etc);
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is necessary;
- Self-motivated and hardworking;
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Consultant

About the job:
As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, Banking Technology, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply business analysis and project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshop
- Process and design technical and business requirements
- Parameterise software/systems, including business modules
- Document the project into systems and processes for management review
- Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
- Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission
- Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and through mentorship
- Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well formulated solutions
- Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation
- Bachelor in Business, Computing, Engineering or Science
- 5 years’ experience of technical Business Analysis / experience as a technical Business Analyst within Banking or Fintech
- Expert experience in Excel and data analysis including modelling and lookups
- Knowledge of Client Reporting processes is a plus
- Experience of SQL / Java is a plus
- Capable of applying technology principles to business
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
- Good presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
