Payoneer is seeking a talented Business Process Manager to join team. As the APAC Business Process Manager, you will be joining our largest Operations team, using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve our customers’ journeys and operational processes as well as analyze insights from multiple sources to clarify ambiguous problems. The successful candidate will be comfortable switching between thinking strategically about big picture initiatives, executing quickly on tactical opportunities, and troubleshooting operational issues.

This role will be based in our Hong Kong or Seoul (Korea) office.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

  • Leading, designing, and executing new business processes, flows, and initiatives mainly cross-operations
  • Working with all customer journey units to learn and serve their business needs in the matters of business processes, systems analysis, automation opportunities, and innovation
  • Deeply learn the different business flows, look for the relevant data, and analyze main pain points that require improvements
  • Design operational processes, including analytical and technological aspects, and manage projects to execute them
  • Leading the measurement concept of the customer journey division and working closely with analytics on executing it
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to achieve project goals

  • Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of experience working as Systems Analyst, Process Engineer, or Business Partner in Fintech, SaaS, or Management Consulting

  • Strong interpersonal skills leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–6 years of experience to play a key role in building our team across regions and functions. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle, from strategic sourcing and candidate experience to interviews and process design.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building processes, challenging the status quo, and going the extra mile to find exceptional candidates across tech, design, legal, business, and strategy roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements, skill gaps, and team dynamics.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct and manage end-to-end interviews with an eye for both skill and culture fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, stakeholder interviews, and closing steps with hiring teams.
  • Champion a standout candidate experience, keeping all candidates informed and respected throughout the process.
  • Keep our ATS and LinkedIn systems up-to-date with precision and structure.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment standards and processes as we scale.
  • Actively share insights to improve our hiring approach and challenge existing assumptions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong global hiring experience across multiple functions and regions.
  • A builder mindset, you’ve helped shape or scale recruiting systems, playbooks, or standards.
  • Proven success in tech, design, legal, or strategic role hiring (even better if you've done multiple).
  • A knack for evaluating both skill and cultural alignment.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines independently and stay hyper-organized.
  • Fluent in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Bold, proactive, and not afraid to ask “why not?” or try new approaches.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that help you thrive in a fast-paced, team-first culture.
