  • Ensure alignment across functions including Legal, HR, Finance, Real Estate, IT, and Compliance.

Analytics & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs for office setup, hiring progress, operational readiness, and cost tracking.
  • Use data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across business functions.
  • Provide actionable insights and scenario planning support to leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as a central point of coordination among various stakeholders – both local and global.
  • Facilitate meetings, reviews, and workshops to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track action items and ensure accountability for follow-ups and decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, executive updates, and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain structured communication and ensure transparency across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in strategy, analytics, PMO, management consulting, or business operations.
  • Prior experience in China or understanding of the Chinese business landscape.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required.
