- Monitor performance of existing hotel investment portfolio and conduct regular asset valuations
- Develop and execute asset optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate relationships with hotel management companies, owners, and other stakeholders
- Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for investment portfolio
- Monitor budget execution and ensure achievement of investment objectives
- Manage cash flow forecasting and capital expenditure planning
- Participate in developing company hotel investment strategy and annual investment plans
- Identify emerging market opportunities and investment trends
- Evaluate exit strategies and asset disposition opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM preferred
- 5+ years of experience in hotel industry or real estate investment management
- Prior experience in hotel asset management or investment banking preferred
- Familiar with hotel industry operations and market dynamics
- Proficient in financial modeling and investment analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
- Familiar with hotel management systems and revenue management principles
- Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and tax policies
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) both written and spoken
Third language proficiency preferred (Japanese, Korean, etc.)
- Sharp business acumen and market insight
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environment
