• Handle the phone call from guests and co-ordinate with other departments
• Administrative support in operations

• DSE or above with hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hotel industry
• Knowledge of using Opera system and MS Office would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Willing to work on shift

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Address member feedback promptly and implement corrective actions as needed

• Develop, implement, and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures
• Liaise with external service providers (e.g. pest control) to ensure compliance with job standards
• Manage contract renewal of external service providers
• Manage inventory levels and controlling costs effectively
• Monitor the set up and equipment arrangement for club events
• Monitor the purchase and inventory control of the department
• Source and evaluate new supplies
• Supervise daily housekeeping and carpark operations to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
  
  

• Minimum 6 years of relevant supervisory experience, ideally in hotels or private clubs
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

The Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course (KSC), the first and only public golf course in Hong Kong, was built during 1994-95 with funds donated by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
