工作職責:
負責監控客房員工,向賓客提供快捷和殷勤的服務。
確保整個客房區域,包括住房和非住房之安排。
及時和禮貌的完成上級指定對房客服務並及滿足客人要求。
負責檢查客房,確保客房的家具、設備的清潔和維修正常。
保証員工對房間設施熟練掌握,在需要時向賓客提供滿意的服務。
工作要求 :
具最少一年房務部督導相關的工作經驗,及有酒店業經驗優先考慮。
具有基本電腦使用技能。
具有講,讀和寫簡單英語的能力。
五天工作 ; 每天工作10小時,包括1小時用膳時間 ; 輪班輪休 ; 需要通宵班工作。
