Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for supporting the HR Analytics team to handle complex people data, build up self-service reporting capabilities & deliver insights through dashboards to the entire HR team and business users.
This position ensures the quality of our new reports in SuccessFactors and supports the team to resolve incoming requests from other HR teams relating to reporting and data analytics. Additionally, the job holder may involve in preparing visualizations and reports to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.
The Job
You will:
- Conducting quality assurance on new reports being requested from across the Club and accelerating the build-out of dashboard and master report templates
- Supporting the HR Analytics team in resolving data, reporting and analytics requests from the entire HR team
- Identifying and monitoring data quality metrics to ensure accurate and reliable reporting across different functions
- Supporting ongoing projects led by the HR Analytics team
- Undertake other ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by Manager
About You
You should have:
- Preferably at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data visualization
- Fresh or recent graduates with relevant experience at school or during internships will also be considered
- Open to new ideas and engaged in learning new concepts/tools, have a strategic mindset and willing to share your ideas with the team
- Experience with HR domain knowledge & HR system, e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus
- Experience with data programming languages and scripting languages is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, is a plus
