How You Will Create Impact
- Performs workforce analysis, controls, monitors labor spending and provides recommendations to HRBP team and business leaders on workforce and associated cost planning.
- Translates People movement & initiatives into cost implications, providing clear and accurate manpower budget reports to the Finance team on timely basis.
- Tracks and monitors manpower costs development to ensure the manpower plans are met with operation needs and aligned with the approved manpower budget, shares proactive advice to address any potential manpower cost planning issues.
- Collaborates with HR business partnering team to ensure in the HR system, all the Headcount movement and Job Requisition record are timely & correctly recorded.
Workforce Analysis, Planning & Controlling
- Performs workforce analysis, controls, monitors labor spending and provides recommendations to HRBP team and business leaders on workforce and associated cost planning.
- Translates People movement & initiatives into cost implications, providing clear and accurate manpower budget reports to the Finance team on timely basis.
- Tracks and monitors manpower costs development to ensure the manpower plans are met with operation needs and aligned with the approved manpower budget, shares proactive advice to address any potential manpower cost planning issues.
- Collaborates with HR business partnering team to ensure in the HR system, all the Headcount movement and Job Requisition record are timely & correctly recorded.
- Analyzes data and compiles workforce planning performance metrics for Leaders’ review and decisions.
- Supports HR Business Partner team to perform employee compensation data analysis to response to the employee retention needs.
- Being the point of contact for the Local and Regional Rewards team to support the launch of compensation and benefit initiatives.
- Participates in any ad-hoc HR project if required.
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, or equivalent
- You have a minimum of 3 years working experience in costing, financial, business analytics, labor modelling, or C&B analytics.
- Good analytical & modelling skills with strong data sense.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of BI Tools & SQL programming skill are preferable.
- Good understanding of HR functions can be an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently and able to work under tight timeline.
- You are a collaborator and able to communicate with various stakeholders and explain concepts accurately yet concisely.
- Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset and learning agility.

Responsibility:
- Managing IT projects related to Business Analysis, HR System and operational enhancements.
- Engage in projects involving RPA, Power Platform Applications, AI solutions, and other automation technologies.
- Coordinating with stakeholders for requirements gathering, project planning, scheduling, implementation, and production launches.
- Providing system support by addressing user inquiries and resolving production issues in operational stores, factories, and offices.
- Collaborating with internal development teams to enhance existing systems and improve process workflows.
- Diagnosing problems and conducting resolution analysis in collaboration with business units and application teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant IT experience in a business analyst role.
- Preferred experience with Workday, UiPath, MS Power Platform applications, SharePoint, and basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and articulate.

- University graduate in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related subjects
- Prior working experience in CRM, data and analytics and automation in financial services or consulting firms
- Hands on experience as CRM / Data Analyst with strong skills in Databrick (using Pythons script). Experience with Power BI and SQL is also preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience

Line Manager: Human Resources Manager
Job Purpose
This entry-level role in Corporate HR Team supports the full spectrum of the employee life cycle, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding, documentation, payroll preparation, and coordination of employment-related activities. The incumbent will also provide essential administrative support to the HR team and facilitate communication between the Corporate HR Team and all school HR teams. This role is critical to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the Group Offices. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Areas of Accountabilities
Management / Professional Focus
- Support the Manager in managing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, tax, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate visa applications and related mobilization matters for new and existing employees.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.
Operational Focus
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding logistics and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and School HR to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Organize logistics for HR meetings, training, and events.
Others
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Support HRIS audits and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Person Specifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience; exposure to PRC practices is an absolute advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of HR Officer.
- Basic understanding of Hong Kong and China labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and flexibility.
- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
