Your daily routine at Adecco
- Act as the central contact point to handle full spectrum of new hire / renewal coordination and daily operations
- Work with different business units to collect the hiring requests, employment packages etc.

About You
- 1-2 years working experience in HR and preferably experienced in recruitment or account servicing management
- Self-driven, mature and independent candidate is highly preferred
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Able to communicate with people from different levels and cope with a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese. Good command in Mandarin is an advantage

Responsibilities
- Flawless execution of employee life cycle from pre-onboarding to offboarding, offer preparation, orientation, payroll, compensation & benefits, tax return, training & development and audit etc.
- Update HR database / system ensuring new joiners, salary changes, promotions, final payment and other personal info / job details changes are accurate.
- Be a trustworthy partner to agencies / functions assigned to manage all HR related activities and advice on time.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives (C&B, L&D and HR Operations) and systems at local and regional level.
- Ensure HR practice, policy & procedure comply with internal compliance requirements and statutory requirements.
- Provide support to Talent Acquisition Manager for campus & media association recruitment via various activities & collaboration with colleges and associations
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as exposure to and knowledge of key HR functions
- Have at least 1 year of working experience relating to HR admin and management function and be able to handle day to day HR admin work independently
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

- Hold high ethical standard and reliable
- Excellent communication both in writing and speaking and interpersonal skills
