We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be part of our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team. The TA manager will formulate and execute our recruitment initiatives and oversee a small team of talent acquisition professionals. The right candidate will develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talents for Swire Properties, lead the team to complete ad hoc projects, and promote a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with our culture and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a small team of talent acquisition specialists in utilizing various sourcing tools and channels to find the right calibre of candidates and developing strong talent pipelines, while offering insights into innovative recruitment strategies, particularly for experienced-level positions.
- Lead the entire recruitment process for assigned business units, working closely with hiring managers to fulfil hiring needs, which includes conducting effective screenings and interviews using structured assessment tools and techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring a professional and brand-enhancing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and other organizations as necessary to broaden the candidate pool.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience in sizable corporations
- 2+ years of people management experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Application Tracking System
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player and leader
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese

- Conduct and manage end-to-end interviews with an eye for both skill and culture fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments, stakeholder interviews, and closing steps with hiring teams.
- Champion a standout candidate experience, keeping all candidates informed and respected throughout the process.
- Keep our ATS and LinkedIn systems up-to-date with precision and structure.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment standards and processes as we scale.
- Actively share insights to improve our hiring approach and challenge existing assumptions.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong global hiring experience across multiple functions and regions.
- A builder mindset, you’ve helped shape or scale recruiting systems, playbooks, or standards.
- Proven success in tech, design, legal, or strategic role hiring (even better if you've done multiple).
- A knack for evaluating both skill and cultural alignment.
- Ability to manage multiple pipelines independently and stay hyper-organized.
- Fluent in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Bold, proactive, and not afraid to ask “why not?” or try new approaches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that help you thrive in a fast-paced, team-first culture.
- Have worked in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Bring insights or experience from fintech or tech industries.
- Have used AI/Automation tools
