- A high level of accuracy and attention in regards to our ATS and the offer process.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions, optimize recruiting processes, and provide insights to hiring managers.

- Lead the entire recruitment process for assigned business units, working closely with hiring managers to fulfil hiring needs, which includes conducting effective screenings and interviews using structured assessment tools and techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring a professional and brand-enhancing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- 7+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience in sizable corporations
- 2+ years of people management experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Application Tracking System

- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, assist in assessments, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience, providing clear communication and support throughout the process.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates, and source effectiveness to optimize hiring efforts.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, market conditions, and employment laws—especially those relevant to APAC regions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to international or APAC regions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
