- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and manpower planning to drive effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals
- Participate in various Talent Acquisition projects including but not limited to employer branding, campus recruitment, career talks, internship program
- Handle ad-hoc projects when necessary
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including but not limited to job posting, interview & assessment and offer negotiation
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and manpower planning to drive effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals
- Participate in various Talent Acquisition projects including but not limited to employer branding, campus recruitment, career talks, internship program
- Handle ad-hoc projects when necessary
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 years of recruiting experience gained from Financial services industry, with experience in early careers hiring preferred
- Strong team spirit but also able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Posses a can-do attitude and with a positive mindset towards change, open for feedback and continuous improvement
- Excellence interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
