To copy with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high-calibre candidates to fill the following position:

Responsibilities

  • Support the full spectrum of recruitment services, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews, offer extension, on-boarding logistics, conducting new hired staff orientation, etc
  • Data input and manage the HR system database and maintain employee record
  • Participate and coordinate in recruitment activities, exhibition and career talks
  • Process application and renewal of work visas for employees
  • Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree in HRM or relevant discipline
  • 1-3 years’ Human Resources experience in a sizable firm
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR Practice
  • Good communication skills, attentive to details, positive and willing to learn
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily administration of HR operations, ensuring records accuracy, policies clarity, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary contact for staff inquiries; handle related inquiries according to policies and procedures.
  • Participate actively in the digitalization of HR business processes to facilitate smooth operation of the HCM system, providing ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding effective system use.
  • Maintain organized and systematic HR business processes; assist in reviewing and identifying areas for improvement to enhance user experience and workflow efficiency.
  • Support the HCM Administrator in overseeing system functions, acting as a coordinator among HR team members on system projects and operations.

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and communication skills across different stakeholder levels.
  • Service-oriented, detail-attentive, with a proactive attitude.
  • Familiar with relevant labor laws.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Human Resources Officer position.

Remuneration and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive package including annual leave, medical, and dental benefits will be offered.

Job Description

  • Deliver data-driven insight and strategic recommendation to achieve business target
  • Provide validation tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to improve strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to onboarding
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects/workforce as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance agency recruitment, or data analytic
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong data analytic capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation capabilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantage
  • Familiar with data analytic application such as PowerBI and Excel

Line Manager: Human Resources Manager

Job Purpose

This entry-level role in Corporate HR Team supports the full spectrum of the employee life cycle, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding, documentation, payroll preparation, and coordination of employment-related activities. The incumbent will also provide essential administrative support to the HR team and facilitate communication between the Corporate HR Team and all school HR teams. This role is critical to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the Group Offices. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Areas of Accountabilities

Management / Professional Focus

  • Support the Manager in managing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, tax, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate visa applications and related mobilization matters for new and existing employees.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.

Operational Focus

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding logistics and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and School HR to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Organize logistics for HR meetings, training, and events.

Others

  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support HRIS audits and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Person Specifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience; exposure to PRC practices is an absolute advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of HR Officer.
  • Basic understanding of Hong Kong and China labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and flexibility.
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
