Line Manager: Human Resources Manager
Job Purpose
This entry-level role in Corporate HR Team supports the full spectrum of the employee life cycle, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding, documentation, payroll preparation, and coordination of employment-related activities. The incumbent will also provide essential administrative support to the HR team and facilitate communication between the Corporate HR Team and all school HR teams. This role is critical to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the Group Offices. Key Areas of Accountabilities

Person Specifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience; exposure to PRC practices is an absolute advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of HR Officer.
- Basic understanding of Hong Kong and China labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong organizational and influencing skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in an operational setting
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and a thorough understanding of employment-related ordinances in Hong Kong, as well as property management industry standards
- Familiarity with the licensing regime for property management companies and practitioners, including requirements for PMC and PMP licenses, and experience supporting compliance with PMSA standards
- Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all-rounded HR functions to support the Frontline workforce as well as provide the daily account servicing duties for the Hong Kong region. - Prepare HR reports for stakeholders;
- Plan, coordinate, track, and monitor HR projects and events;

Requirements:
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience in HR business partnering or generalist in sizeable firm; with extensive knowledge of HR client servicing and functional capabilities;
- Possesses experience in managing and working closely with frontline workforce and employee relations matters;
- Good business acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and solutions, and good analytical skills;
- Agile, self-motivated with attention to details;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks;
- Mature, independent and a good team player;

- Act as a Business Partner to work closely with internal stakeholders in providing full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to talent acquisition, staffing, staff development, engagement, retention, etc.
- Drive and manage recruiting activities utilizing strategic and creative souring channels
- Handle the entire process from recruitment to staff off-boarding
- Responsible for daily HR administration, execution of HR initiatives and other ad-hoc projects
- Deal with the staff issue independently and provide professional advice to Management
- Prepare monthly reports and analysis for management review
- University graduate in HR management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' HR experience in sizable organization, relevant experience in ICT industry is highly preferred
- Solid experience in recruitment, handling staff issue and HR reporting is required
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK is essential
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary
- Self-motivated and good team player with strong communication skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Executive
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
- Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time.
- Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records.
- Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.
- Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
- Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Under the role of Specialist – Human Resources, you will provide full support to Hong Kong Human Resources team across all aspects of HR processes and programs. As a generalist, your scope of work will cover the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and selection, new hire orientation, employee engagement, compensation and benefits administration, to HR operations.
As a key member of the department and business partner, you will be involved in local HR initiatives that directly impact our 400+ retail and office employees under Louis Vuitton Hong Kong. On occasion, there will also be opportunities to gain exposure and support wider regional or group projects.
This role directly reports to the Manager – Human Resources, Hong Kong.
Job responsibilities
New Hire Orientation
- Deliver exceptional new hire experiences, in accordance with our Louis Vuitton promise and branding guidelines
- Prepare and administer the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires – from conducting introductory briefings, office and store tours, to helping them integrate soundly and successfully into the Louis Vuitton family
- Play a key role in developing and driving employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in planning and drafting effective employee communications. This includes being the responsible person for updating internal Retail Newsletters with the latest HR stories and activities
- Assist in planning and coordinating local employee events – including but not limited to annual parties, team-building activities, CSR initiatives, well-being campaigns and DE&I promotions
- Offer professional consultation and advice to employees, as appropriate
- Follow up on employee enquiries, grievances or labour cases in a timely and professional manner
- Support the full spectrum of our HR service functions. Play the role of a team-player, ensuring that we deliver excellent people services to our employees, whilst aligning with our strategic business and HR goals
- Help to manage HR systems, maintain database, personnel records and organization charts to ensure data accuracy & integrity.
- Manage work injury-related administrative processes, including case reportings to the Labour Department, coordinating communications with injured employee(s), liaising with insurers, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations
- Maintain and manage our register of employee health checks and grooming benefits. Support in managing the relations and communications with relevant service providers
- Perform and administer other relevant employee benefits
- Handle other HR administrative duties, including data input, Prêt-à-porterer and digital filings, letter preparations, report writing
- Supplement in regular HR policies, process, pay, benefits and insurance reviews
- Support in sourcing, identifying and attracting top talents in the market – for retail positions and the Louis Vuitton Horizons Retail Management Trainee Program
- Support in coordinating interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
- Maintain candidate trackers and keep recruitment records up to date
- Maintain knowledge of current recruitment strategies and market trends to ensure brand attractiveness to talents
- Participate in the recruitment and employer branding activities. This includes University Career Fairs and open Recruitment Days.
Key Requirements & Competencies
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity
- University degree holder – preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Experience working in retail, hospitality or service-orientated industries is highly preferred
- Energized by fast-paced environments with a commitment to excellence
- Dynamic, open-minded and outgoing personality
- Detail-oriented, with great organisation and time management skills in order to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Collaborative and proactive team player
- People and service-focused mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with others
- Honest and responsible in managing confidential employee and company information
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good command of Microsoft suite and tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
