Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to Human Resources team
  • Update and maintain personnel records, correspondence, forms and reports
  • Handle staff orientation and assist in preparing payroll or benefits administration
  • Assist to participate in ad-hoc human resources projects as required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • With at least 1 year working experience in sizable companies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn & responsible, eager to develop in HR field
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word and Chinese word processing

  • To assist with a full spectrum of recruitment including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, new join preparation, communicating with candidates
  • To provide general administration duties to secondment HR team including report preparation, monthly payroll calculation, MPF collection
  • Professionally and independently search for the candidates to fulfill different needs of End user
  • To administer and track the effectiveness of the existing sourcing channel including social media, online job posting, campus recruitment, referrals
  • To organize and participate in outdoor recruitment campaigns including job fairs and recruitment days
  • Other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Call Centre (Inbound or Outbound) or HR function (Fresh Graduates are considered)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Experience in Canva, Python or Power BI would be an advantage
  • Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred

Line Manager: Human Resources Manager

Job Purpose

This entry-level role in Corporate HR Team supports the full spectrum of the employee life cycle, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding, documentation, payroll preparation, and coordination of employment-related activities. The incumbent will also provide essential administrative support to the HR team and facilitate communication between the Corporate HR Team and all school HR teams. This role is critical to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the Group Offices. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Areas of Accountabilities

Management / Professional Focus

  • Support the Manager in managing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, tax, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate visa applications and related mobilization matters for new and existing employees.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.

Operational Focus

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding logistics and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and School HR to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Organize logistics for HR meetings, training, and events.

Others

  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support HRIS audits and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Person Specifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience; exposure to PRC practices is an absolute advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of HR Officer.
  • Basic understanding of Hong Kong and China labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Centaline Property Agency Limited was founded in 1978, by now a flagship of Centaline Group, whose service arms are extended to business sectors including residential, office, industrial, retail, mortgage brokering, real estate acquisition and collective sales. Centaline Property is a well-known brand in Asia Pacific, it has branches in Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore.
To copy with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high-calibre candidates to fill the following position:
Responsibilities

  • Support the full spectrum of recruitment services, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews, offer extension, on-boarding logistics, conducting new hired staff orientation, etc
  • Data input and manage the HR system database and maintain employee record
  • Participate and coordinate in recruitment activities, exhibition and career talks
  • Process application and renewal of work visas for employees
  • Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc projects
Requirements
  • Degree in HRM or relevant discipline
  • 1-3 years’ Human Resources experience in a sizable firm
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR Practice
  • Good communication skills, attentive to details, positive and willing to learn
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

Pay : HK$37,590 to HK$6,291 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to Senior Human Resources Manager and/or Human Resources Manager, the Assistant Human Resources Manager will be required to: -

1. Assist in leading one of the functional teams in the Human Resources Division;

2. Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations and service development of that functional team;

3. Provide professional HR advice to line managers and staff members;

4. Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing programmes / new initiatives/projects; and

5. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements

1. A university degree or equivalent.

Preferred Attributes / Exposure

1. Some post-qualification HR experience.

2. Working experience in recruitment & appointment and/or remuneration and benefits function.

3. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.

4. Self-motivation and ability to work independently.

5. Good observation and analytical skills.

6. Good interpersonal, motivational and influencing skills.

7. Good organizing skills and ability in leading a team of staff.
